Prime Location in Heart of Ocean City w/ Private Roof Deck!

The house was awesome!! It had a nice big kitchen and family room where the whole family could sit comfortably. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom set up worked really well. The location was spot on … a block from the shops on Asbury and easy access to the beach. We had a great visit and would definitely stay there again!!

Arrived to find AC inoperative. Inside temperature same as outside (79-86). Handyman came day 2 of stay and called in a HVAC technician who added Freon and told property manager that AC was good. Days 3-5 handyman stopped by and did uneducated tinkering. Finally hit on a solution on his own in unit on on roof, We did have AC days 6-7. If property manager had provided a portable AC unit on day 2 we would not have had 5 sweltering days. Went outside as much as possible to dine and hang out because at least we had some breeze. Day 6 the property manager called saying he did all he could as he was told on day 2 by the HVAC technician that the AC was fine. The handyman came by about twice a day days 3-5 and saw the thermostat mirrored the outside temperature. I told him HVAC technician should have been called in on day 3. Manager said “I did all I could” and refused my modest demand for 1000 refund in recognition that his inaction resulted in four adults and 3 children sweltering for 5 of 7 days of our stay. Avoid this property management company. If anything goes wrong you are on your own?

Perfect place for our ladies get away weekend. Only 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice deck with plenty of seating overlooking the street . Only negative would be all of the steps up to the second floor rental. A bit difficult for 6 seniors.

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location especially with little kids. Could easily walk to beach/boardwalk.

I can’t say enough good things about our hosts and the property on Central Ave. Steve and Kim were very responsive from the initial booking and checked in on us during our stay. the house was exactly as represented. Extremely clean, well located 3 blocks from the beach. 8 beach tags and gear included. Will definitely rent from Heavenly Rez again. Thank you so much for helping us have an excellent vacation!

The house was wonderful - clean and well-maintained, with everything to make it feel like your home away from home. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and teens. We loved that in a few shorts minutes, we could pack up the provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, and walk to the beach. We would definitely love to come back and stay in this rental again!
