The Space:
This is a cozy two story house with three-bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for a family or friends getaway. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, pool towels, bathroom amenities. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with 55” smart Tv and easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy. The second bedroom has two twin full size beds with a nightstand and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with a full size bed and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, and stove . You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 55 smart tv with streaming service like Netflix, Disney Plus.

The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board and pool towels.

We are in the north side of Mazatlan, Cerritos, New Mazatlan full of beaches, the best tourist complexes, you will find a water park just in front of the residential. A quiet, clean, pleasant and very safe residential area.
