Prime Location! 5000Sq'-Acre Pool/Game Room/Hot Tub/Putting Green/200+ 5★ratings

Keith and Monica are great. We had another wonderful week and their house. We will definitely be back in December!

Great house and great host. Check in process was super easy, the house was fully stocked with everything and the outdoor play areas were very welcoming. We can't wait to stay here again.

Great spot for a big group! Lots of activities on the property!

Best place in Arizona by far !!! Had my brother's bachelor weekend here, the compound is the perfect place for it, Keith the host was so great texted me if I had any questions, gave me recommendations. My brother was speechless when we pulled up to this monster of a place. 2 houses, 2 chipping greens, basketball, spikeball, cornhole, every sport imaginable, then the inside was ridiculous. It was like 15, 30 year olds went back to summer camp and had the funnest weekend

Awesome spot for a guys trip. Plenty of space and multiple spots to hang out. Host went over and above when it came to communication, and was very flexible when it came time to check in/out with many of us coming in/leaving at various times. Highly recommend for folks with a large group. Great location also!

AMAZING PLACE AND HOSTS!!!

Keith’s property was a fantastic home for the bachelor party celebration I had planned. It had everything one would need to have fun and relax without worrying about anything. It slept our group of 24 comfortably and allowed us to unwind without bothering any neighbors. 10/10 would recommend this place for a stay with your larger groups. Will be going through Keith again for any rentals in Phoenix that I may need in the future.

Fantastic property for our 12 person golf trip. Owner was really easy to communicate with and the house came with a lot of what we needed.

Absolute great property. Slept 18 people with room to spare. Keith is the best and has a lot of great knowledge of the area and always replies ASAP. Hope to come back some day!

We had a group of 12 that stayed here for 4 nights for a guys golf trip. The house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of beds for everyone. Tons of room inside and out to relax. Great location, close to groceries. All the courses we played were within a short drive. Keith was a fantastic host. We were in constant communication. He couldn't have been more accommodating at check in. We are already making plans to return with our families. We were all so pleased with our stay at this house!

What a great house to stay in. Everything you need is there. We had a family golf trip for five days, and stayed at the property, what a amzing place to stay at. There was eight of us, and all eight of us had a amzing time at the property. Thanks again

Keith was amazing! He was very welcoming and willing to help in any instance. Amenities were awesome! All the extra cooler, towels, blankets! Everything we needed and more!

Keith was a fantastic host. The house was ideal for our bachelor party, with every amenity we could have wanted and then some. It made the entire trip easy, comfortable, and memorable

Keith is the man. Extremely accommodating and the property is incredible. Will definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing stay here. The house was so big and so well set up that we ended up calling it “the compound” all weekend. It truly had everything we needed, including a game room, basketball courts, and mini golf. It felt like a big kid and little kid paradise. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was already there, either in a drawer or sitting exactly where you would expect it to be. The place was clean, organized, and clearly very well cared for.The host was excellent throughout the entire stay. Communication was easy and responsive, and anytime I had a question he picked up the phone or got back to me right away. That made a big difference, especially with a larger group. We used the house for a bachelor party and it was perfect, but this place would work just as well for families or any large group. I even showed photos to my family afterward and they thought it looked amazing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the host!

We had a big crowd and all had a blast. The property is centrally located and super convenient to shopping, airports and other activities and attractions. Super great communication and accommodating for us needing an early check in! We loved the property with so much to do, the pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The boys say the putting greens are excellent. The back party pad is epic. We watched so many sports we had overload!! Ha. Thanks

We enjoyed celebrating my husband's 80th birthday with the whole family. The house was large enough to accommodate all 25 of us. The backyard is huge, and everyone enjoyed the game room.

We 22 disabled participants and 8 staff for an annual weekend event. The hoyse met all our needs and succeed our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needs to feed a large group. And there were plenty of activities indoor and out to keep everybody occupied. We do two or three of these events a year and we would definitely use this house in the future.

House had everything we needed or wanted, the property was perfect for our large family gathering. We had all ages from babies and beyond and it was an excellent experience, Keith was the best VRBO host I have had!

This was a great place to stay and Keith was an excellent host! We were all impressed with the property's spaciousness, cleanliness, amenities and had a great time with all the games, grill, putting green. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

My friends and I had a great stay! Everything was as described and Keith was very easy to communicate with.

Everything was perfect.. the house was well stocked with plenty of towels/bedding … and was very clean

Host was great. Very responsive. House had everything you could ever want. Clean and tons of space.

Owner was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating. Large home, beautiful grounds, very convenient location.

The space was very clean and the host was very accommodating with our check in time! The pool and hot tub were awesome.

I liked the place because it was very spacious with many things to do making us never getting bored.

Keith was super easy to work with and very accommodating. The house was exactly what we need for our bachelor party stay and was in a great location to be able to experience the local area. If I go out that way again I’ll definitely look to book with Keith!

Perfect property for a golf trip. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of perks. Pool was amazing. Man cave is perfection! Thanks for everything! We will definitely be back!

Perfection. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Amazing host. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. All the games. All the necessities for cooking meals. Flexible check in and out. Highly recommended for any group. Don’t look any further, book this place.

I cannot say enough, good things about this property and the host! First, the property… It’s exactly as advertised, well, probably even better. When they say it’s a compound they are not kidding. You seriously can come & not leave the property for the entire stay there is so much to do. They have hundreds of board games, the game room full of every fun game you can think of, beer pong, cornhole, basketball, putting, fire pit, gym & of course the pool/hot tub- endless things to do! If you do need to leave the house, the house is located in a great location in a very central part of town that is pretty much 20 minutes from everything you would want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. There are many great restaurants & things you need just five minutes down the road including Costco and Target The house came extremely well equipped for a VRBO with literally everything you could need & more & extra everything from paper towels and toilet paper to garbage bags -you name it the house had it all including Band-Aids Now you can’t stay at this property without talking about the host. Seriously, he bent over backwards to accommodate us! He was super responsive. I booked this property months in advance & texted him multiple times with questions & he always responded almost instantly. Any request I had he was willing to accommodate. I’ve never had a host be so accommodating. He let us check in eight hours early and didn’t charge us a dime. Amazing to work with!

Great place for a family reunion with kids. We had plenty of space and a lot of games to choose from. We had 21 in our party and we were able to accommodate all families with the room and beds. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and serving plates and platters- perfect for a party. Also plenty of linen. Would stay here again and Keith was very welcoming and easy to work with.

Exactly as Advertised – Perfect for a Large Family! We stayed in July with our family of 23, and while most people thought we were crazy for going to Phoenix in the summer, this home made it the perfect getaway.Mornings were spent in the pool, and during the hotter parts of the day, we relaxed in the main house or played games in the game room. There were plenty of activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors. The kids had tons of space to play, and the pool stayed cool all day, which was a huge plus in the heat. The owner was extremely responsive—every question we had was answered almost immediately by text.Highly recommend this property for large groups or families.

Perfect home for a large group, everything is as described on the listing and Keith was very friendly and responsive.

Best time ever. The property provided ample space for my birthday bash. Family and friends keep saying we are at an inclusive resort. Keith was amazing, always available for questions. My next time renting will most definitely be at this home.

The space was just as described and accommodated our large family of 30. Keith the owner was very flexible with our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Excellent rental with plenty of room and everything you need for a great trip full of fun!

We enjoyed staying at this property!! There was plenty of space to keep us entertained. We celebrated my son’s Birthday he had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing at the game room. The house is equipped with everything you need and the host communicates very fast and friendly I would rent this house again!

Keith was incredibly responsive and the place was everything we could have asked for and more for our 23 person stag!

The house was absolutely perfect so many different amenities and the owner was so responsive when needed!

Keith was an excellent host and made things very easy on our end. The property had everything and then some. It seems like every day we found something new about the property. We would 100% come back again at some point.

We loved the place as it was great for our bachelor party. Host was wonderful and very communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property was perfect for my school group. It was very spacious and the outside was amazing. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our golf outing for 9 adults. The communication from Keith was flawless and prompt. The house was as portrayed. It was well stocked with amenities. outdoor games, etc. (dedicated ice machine was great!) Great location near groceries, etc. We would gladly rent this house again and highly recommend Keith as a host.

A group of 25 guys went for Waste Management weekend and this house could not have been more ideal. We were all able to sleep comfortably and have so much to do all weekend at the house. Keith consistently went above and beyond for our group. He was

Loved the property, room for all, and extra things to do. Plenty of towels, dishes/pans etc. for eating, and importantly 3 coffee pots and room for dogs.

This property is great! So much to do on the property! Keith is an amazing host! Would definitely rebook this property in the future.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. The property was everything we were looking for and more. We spent a considerable amount of time in the game room playing a wide range of games and watching sports on the large TV. All 6 couples had their own bedroom with plenty of space, and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Keith was very helpful with any question I had and responded in a very timely manner. We will definitely try to stay here again when it’s a little bit warmer and we can take advantage of the pool area also.

Keith is so easy to work with and has great communication!! The property worked out perfectly for all of our friends and family to stay with us for the weekend of my birthday party! He has thought of everything you could need or want for a vacation/staycation home! We all had a great time and slept well! The beds are very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property! The property and house has plenty of room! Thank you so much Keith!!

Some friends and I stayed at Keiths property to celebrate a bachelor party. The property was everything we expected and more. We had about 16 guys total everyone had plenty of room and were all able to sleep comfortably. Keith was a fantastic host, super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process of checking in and out so seamless. The only thing I would change about our trip is maybe stay one more day just to enjoy staying at the house. Between the pool, hot tub, basketball, putting green, the game room, corn hole, etc wasnt even enough time to enjoy it all. I would highly highly recommend anyone planning a stay for a big group to stay here!

Great property with tons of amenities and perfect location to keep our family of 14 having fun in the sun! Keith was an awesome host and very prompt with responding to questions.

This place is incredible! This home has what we needed for 4 families and a dog to enjoy Thanksgiving week. We did not need to leave the property because it had everything! The pool and floaties, the hot tub, golf greens, fire pits everywhere, multiple BBQs and my favorite the flat grill for any type of meal you could want. There is plenty of space, rooms were comfortable, tv's and game room was amazing. Keith was absolutely the best to work with and answered all our questions and accommodated our requests. Just a lovely time to relax, bond and catch up with family. Thanks Keith for a wonderful time in the desert!

Great stay, great communication, and alot of activities. Would stay again.

Great location and property to hold family events.

The host is absolutely incredible and the property itself was awesome. Better than advertised and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Host was incredibly accommodating! 5+ stars!

We had a birthday party here with about 25 people and the property was able to accommodate everyone pretty comfortably. Tons of living space in the backyard with something for everyone. Kitchen, bathrooms, pool, and hot tub were very clean. The property is also near a lot of shopping centers (Costco, Walmart, total wine, etc) so you can always pick something up if you need it. A great place. Would absolutely stay again.

The property was better than what we could have expected. Keith was wonderful to work with and even accommodated for our early check-in. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a fun and inviting place to stay around Scottsdale to go through Keith. He makes everything seem less and you feel like you’re at your own property!
