Prime East Hampton Waterfront Spectacular modern home with glorious sunsets

A very comfortable home with a spectacular view. Great for 6 adults!

The best part of our stay was enjoying the gorgeous view. The kitchen is nice and well-appointed. The master bedroom upstairs was spacious and also has the spectacular view. The owner is generous with her helpful suggestions. I do think the home is not quite as nice as the photos suggest. It needs some updating, especially the outdoor areas. We did enjoy our stay for the week.

It feels like paradise! The cool breeze on the deck, the sail boats gliding by… and the beautiful sunsets every night… each one more magnificent than the night before… The entire house was clean and comfortable and serene. We stayed in the master bedroom suite with the sweeping water views. It has an ensuite marble bath, jacuzzi, and a fancy shower with lots of jets. The king size bed has fine linens and is super comfortable. We had total privacy. Ellen was a wonderful host. She was quick to answer all our questions and did a great job of taking care of us, and telling us about local restaurants, beaches, theatre, and art galleries, and even the best drug store for an emergency Rx. She also left us menus and maps, and even milk and juice for breakfast. The house is in a GREAT location, within 10 minutes of the town and the beaches and just about everything else you could possibly want. We planned to go out for dinners but we didn’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets so we ended up getting excellent take-out meals from Stuarts Seafood and Round-Swamp farm (just down the road) and had the best time ever just hanging out and eating dinner on the deck. All the bedrooms are comfortable and well stocked with fluffy towels, toiletries and surprise treats. Even though we didn’t really cook, we enjoyed having the open spacious kitchen. The over-sized refrigerator and freezer allowed us to stock up with everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this lovely home to all of our friends and family! and we hope to come back again and again. It is the ultimate five star get-away.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house is very functional, super duper clean and sunbathed...especially in the afternoon. Our daily treat was to enjoy oysters and Chardonnay, while looking at the breathtaking sunset! Otherwise, it is the perfect spot to go paddle boarding! Last but not least, I would like to thank Ellen for making things easy so we can enjoy her fabulous house!

It doesn’t get any better than this! We’ve been searching for the perfect sea view and finally found it. With a beautiful large deck overlooking Three Mile Harbor in a secluded location just a few steps to the beach, you can’t beat this gorgeous home. Beautiful open floor plan layout with windows everywhere for amazing sunset views! The master bedroom makes you feel like you’re floating directly on the water. The kitchen is well stocked with a Viking professional range, a fabulous wall oven and a very large side by side refrigerator/freezer. The photos accurately depict the beauty of this lovely home which is immaculately clean and very well maintained. The homeowner is extremely accommodating and was always available to respond to any questions and needs that we had. She was thoughtful and responsive and kept in touch throughout our entire three week stay in her gorgeous home. We definitely plan to return and would recommend this property to our friends and relatives.
