Prime Beachfront Home..Close to All Galveston Has to Offer!!

While we truly enjoyed the location and overall experience, we were disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the property.Upon arrival, it was clear that the home had not been adequately cleaned or maintained. We encountered several issues, including dirty floors and bathrooms, food residue in the kitchen, and A/C intakes full of dust. These conditions were not only unpleasant but did not align with the standards we expected from a VRBO listing.

The house was perfect for our Girl Scout troop weekend get away! Plenty of space and bathrooms for 18 girls!! Access to the beach was safe and fun!

The house checked all the boxes we needed to have an amazing family get together at the beach. Location is our main plus. With it being so close to the beach, we were able to come and go easily without any hassle. It’s an older house, but we didn’t mind it. Everything we needed for cooking was available. There were enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large party. Ron was an amazing host. He replied promptly to all of my questions/requests. We recommend his place for anyone looking to spend a weekend in Galveston and that wants to be conveniently close to the beach.

It was a decent stay

This beach house was perfect for my family's vacation. Not only was it clean and well-stocked with games, kitchen dishes/pots and pans but also plenty of linens. The deck was our favorite spot. The views of the ocean were breath-taking. We had a private path straight to the beach. The beach was never crowded and we could just set up our stuff and leave it on the beach the entire day while going back and forth to the house.I HIGHLY recommend this property. My family and I will be back!

This was the perfect location for our family - within walking distance of the beach, roomy house with plenty of beds, bathrooms and showers, large kitchen table, large washer and dryer, outside shower, grill, and most important of all - an excellent host! We enjoyed walking to the beach, setting up our shelter for spending lots of time at the beach every day. We took walks on the beach at night looking at the sky and in the morning looking for shells. We were close to shopping and not far from The Strand and the ferry boats. The guys enjoyed fishing every day. Our family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house

We loved our stay at this property! The check-in process was easy... we had a couple questions for the owner and he was quick to respond and answered all our questions thoroughly. Now this is an older property but its very well maintained, ac was cold and the location to the beach is perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans and the washer and dryer ran quietly. Our group of 10 was very comfortable here. Only suggestion I would have is to maybe get a new cleaning crew... other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! There was more than enough room for us all with having family coming from out of town, the house was amazing and clean. We were provided all the things we needed to have a great time cook and eat while we were there! Definitely will be booking again! And the beach front was amazing no cars just walk right out on to the beach!

It's like bringing your home to the beach.

Brought the family and had a great time. Rob is easy to work w and very accommodating. The location is great for little ones on up. We fished, flew kites and relaxed on the brach

We were looking for a beach house in Galveston because we were participating in AIA Sandcastle competition. This was close enough with enough space. Everyone loved it and had a blast. We originally planned to check out Sunday night, but enjoyed it so much we chose to stay that last after all. Ron was a great host! We have been renting beach houses for 6 years now, and this was the smoothest rental ever!

Ron and his son were very nice and were easy to communicate with! It’s the first time in a long time I’ve felt welcomed like we did. It was very home like and great beach access. We loved the private beach because there weren’t many people and were able to enjoy it with our family and friends. Thank you!

Our stay was exceptional! We knew our stay was going to be short but it was just enough time to enjoy. We had enough room for our family at any given time. Loved being able to literally walk across the access road to the beach. We were able to use the shower just outside the house on site, we grilled, used the kitchen and other amenities with no issues. When we had to ask a question, the communication was a quick response and easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping us continue to create memories as a family!

First family vacation and it was amazing. Older home but had plenty of room and beach just out the back door with beautiful views. More silverware would have been nice but we made it work. Ron was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Would def stay again!

The house was great , plenty of space and the beach access was awesome. Even though it was a holiday weekend it wasn't crowded.
