Prime Beach Location with Stunning Resort Pool!

Home was very nice but discovered mold in master bedroom closet so vacated property early, management company stated they were taking action on the space

We walked to Alys Beach and downtown Rosemary with no problems. The only issue we had was lack of supplies. Coming for a weekend we didn’t want to have to buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags. We’ve never experienced that before. There were also no beach/pool towels and we were forced to use our bathroom towels. We didn’t go to the beach but we could only imagine how gross they would get.

Glad we were able to come in a day early which accommodated an early flight. Also great layout w 3 Kings for a larger family w kids bunk room. Downstairs King needs replacing as large divot in bed and turning made no difference. Made a request for sheets for the pullout sofa. No response. Would stay again as common areas were comfy. The kitchen was stocked w ample dinnerware and pots. We enjoyed cooking together. Upstairs balcony a big plus. Beach toys and games were nice. Close to everything. Would remind all guests to bring beach towels. We forgot!

The house appeared to have not been cleaned just straightened up. There were still things present from previous guests left out on counter. The floors throughout were so disgusting just walking barefoot from room to room our feet were black. My shower wasnt clean nor was the one on the 2nd floor. We didnt have sheets for the pullout. We only had 1 towel per guest which meant we were constantly having to wash our towels. We werent provided with any full supplies, we have a quarter of a paper towel roll and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and none were new, they were all about half used already. We were told there were 8 bikes only to find out it was only 4, the description also listed surround sound for music on deck upstairs but there were no instructions and no info to attempt to figure it out, the fridge wasnt cold, it took 2 days for our items to start getting cold.

We did not feel crowded and were able to really enjoy the common area on the 2nd floor. Finally a house with plenty of seating!! The walk to the pool was easy & quick. We LOVED the location - close to shops, easy to grab food, and Starbucks. The tram came quickly when we called. Finally, it was super easy to communicate with the host. We hope to book this house again.

Location is WONDERFUL! Easy access to pool, beach, restaurants, and, shops. We loved the location. Property management company was responsive throughout our stay and immediately addressed issues we first discovered. The property was NOT clean and upkeep is not good. This includes: Black mold in showers, clogged sink (full of hair), 3rd floor grill that was covered with grease and food, 3rd floor deck area (kitchen area) that was covered in smoot, grease, and dirt. Third floor deck area that has dirt and black mold/smoot on the doors. The oven was not clean and had food particles and drippings inside (this cause the smoked alarm to go off when we attempted to use the oven). We found 3+ cockroaches during our stay and the main level (send floor) bathroom door could not be closed all the way and locked. Property management company did clean oven, fixed the bathroom door, brushed down the grill, and unclogged the drain. This was appreciated however, the grill area was not cleaned. We cleaned this ourselves and documented with pictures. The property has so much potential with a proper cleaning and upkeep as the location in second to none.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very large - more than enough room for our party of 6. Conveniently located within walking distance of food, shops, ocean, and pool. Benchmark was great to rent from and highly recommend! It should be noted that the designated Rosemary beach area for this property is very small. This was the only downside but a big deal for us. We ventured out to visit the many little beach towns along 30A and found a lot of gorgeous, spacious public beaches to visit instead.
