Lovely 80m2 semi-detached house on two levels with a small garden and a veranda with an outdoor table. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one with a single bed and a double or two singles) and a bathroom with shower. Equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, TV, electric and microwave oven, parking space, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue. Dishes provided for 8 people. Linen (sheets and bath towels) can be provided on request. The nearest beach is 1000 meters away, which can also be reached on foot or by bike. All the main services are within walking distance (market, pharmacy, medical service, bars and restaurants). It is 10 km from the village of Orosei, a lively coastal center, and the same distance from Galtellì and Santa Lucia, which come alive with summer festivals. Within a radius of 4km there are numerous coves with fine white sand and the famous beaches of Bidderosa and Berchida. In the surrounding area there are numerous farmhouses offering typical dishes.
