Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families.

Five-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Three upgraded California King masters and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. Two masters share an upgraded jack-and-jill bathroom with granite countertops, travertine floor tile, and a custom-designed shower. The third master shares a Jack n' Jill bathroom with the common area. The two children's room shares the hallway bathroom.

Spacious upgraded kitchenwith granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guests' use. The open-concept main living room and dining area have plenty of seating for your family. The dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional dining at the kitchen bar. Two beautiful French doors lead you to the in-ground pool, jacuzzi, and deck area. There is an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs for soaking in the sun.

The game room is in the garage. It has a full-size billiards table and Ping-Pong. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.

The home has central air and heat. All bedrooms have 47-inch LCD TVs. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. It's a nice short walk to Disneyland. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

Minimum Stay 3 Nights

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
