Stayed Sep 6, 2025Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The property is comfortable, in a nice location, and met our needs. My only complaints are that i had to wash the dishes before using them as most of them had food stuck to them, and the bed in the master was very uncomfortable.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Nice property overall, good amenities, close to dining at the main lodge. High Desert climate, cold but sunny in January. Everything was as described on site, one thing did not realize was a townhome, neighbors dogs barking was frustrating early in the morning but beyond the property owner's control. The Time lock on the unit was frustrating, we arrived 15 minutes early and were unable to gain access without a phone call. I just needed a restroom
