Premium river and canal front home with water on 3 sides and beautiful views.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Kayaks were provided and were in great condition. We saw lots of wildlife manatees and dolphin. We used the Maui Mat one day which was fabulous. Kids had a blast! House is very clean and well stocked along with lots of local information about restaurants and such which was helpful. Owners are super easy to contact and work with. Definitely recommend this property!

This property is one of a kind. Our stay was filled with boat rides to spring and out to the gulf. The house is perfectly located on a corner lot with views all around. It was more than equipped with supplies for all occasions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The hosts were very kind and were easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our week at “The Point” and plan to return next year.

This is the 2nd time renting this house. It's absolutely peaceful and gorgeous!

Our Family absolutely loved this property. It's in the best location with amazing views. We had a dolphin swim right under us while floating on a raft next to the dock. The house had everything you need. We will definitely come back.

This house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, stocked with all that you'd ever need! The location is nothing less than perfect, the landscaping is gorgeous (hummingbirds love the flowering shrubs around the back porch). I'm struggling to find words for this review because this was the best family vacation we have ever had, anywhere, and words are failing our feelings. We relaxed right in to river life...swimming, kayaking, fishing, bird watching. The house is so welcoming and with such an open layout and spacious bedrooms and porches front and back. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us! The owners could not have been more communicative or done more to be welcoming to us. We have never 'repeated' a family vacation before, but we have already booked our return for next year. Homosassa, The Point, and Steve and Cyndi are amazing.

Wonderful is the best way to describe our stay. The home had everything our family needed to be comfortable. The view was amazing. The hosts were attentive and accessible. Would highly recommend.

This was our first vrbo and we were very impressed by it all. We had heard horror stories of some and we were very nervous. We were so happy to have a nice place for our family to gather for a week and relax, enjoy & recharge.
