Chad was a great host- very effective communication throughout the entire stay. The house was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend.

The home is so charming! We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were two highlights along with the fruit trees lining the backyard. It feels like a little oasis. The temperature of the home is easily adjustable and the bedroom upstairs has its own unit. It gets hot in the valley even during our stay in March so that was key. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great!

What an amazing experience. Host was super responsive and property was beautiful and well kept. We had a flight cancellation and had to stay a few extra days and the host was so understanding and made those days so much less stressful. Could not recommend enough!

The amenities are in great condition, and the host is wonderful!

If I could rate this stay 10 out of 5 stars I would. First off, the property was stunning. A cozy little oasis that felt completely isolated, extremely well maintained, impeccably decorated and well stocked with everything we could need. Directions for everything were very clearly shown which made for a seamless experience living in the space. The back yard was HEAVEN ON EARTH. Relaxing in the hot tub cradled amongst the lush trees surrounding the property and watching the sun set, I truly felt I was in a completely different city. That would have all been fine and good but the real star of this rental was the management. They were SO ATTENTIVE, prompt, considerate and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience on a level I’ve never experienced with any rental property before. Do not hesitate to book this space for a second. I will certainly be going back as soon as I can. I miss is already.

Absolutely beautiful location! The backyard feels so private and tranquil while still being close to activities and restaurants. Everything inside is nicely labeled and easy to find. The host was very communicative throughout the booking process and check in/out.

Unique, cute and a very well stocked home, perfect for a great getaway to LA. Close to Universal Studios and Beverly Hills, Griffith Park, Hollywood and the Burbank airport.We had family together for a wedding and loved the house and the great backyard with a pool.

Great, quiet, safe location as advertised. Amazing home, trees with fruit to pick. Lots of appliances and dishes to use in kitchen. Comfortable beds, tons of towels, great AC. Host was very helpful. Did have some issues with heating hot tub.

Enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home with a magical and super private back yard that feels like a mini oasis. Was in town for surgery and this worked out great.

We've stayed at this property in the past, and were thrilled to be back. It's a slice of coastal heaven with the huge master, the restored bathrooms, and yet retains the vintage feel with the wood floors and arched doors. The backyard pool and orchard makes us feel as if we are alone in the neighborhood, and we've always been impressed with the communication with the owner. The well-stocked kitchen is a major bonus, and the three bathrooms makes staying with friends just that much more comfortable. It's one of our favorite places to stay, which is why we return, and are thrilled when it's available. We'd rent with our kids (10, 12 and 14) as well if we ever brought them out - it's a very doable space for families of 3 - 5.

beautiful stay! Loved every part of the house. spacious, welcoming, lovely indoors and outdoors. An A stay. Only thing was the pool never got warm no matter what I tried with the heater. but it was also a chilly weekend in October. Didn't bring down my stay at all or the people I was with!

The aroma of the orange trees, fresh squeezed orange juice, mid day splash and midnight soak, made for the perfect vacation get-a-way at this gem of a house. Located 15 min from our Wizarding Adventures and Battle with Baby Bowser at Universal Studios. We loved the convience of grocery delivery and door dash for our ever moving crew.

Relaxing stay for family vacation. Near Universal Studios and easy location for food options and stores. Great pool and spa and spacious rooms. Highly recommended if looking for a quiet relaxing family stay.

Chad was great with communication and super easy to get ahold of. The house was fantastic and the perfect size for our family. We had a great time with the pool and hot tub and the location is perfectly central to explore LA. The house was easy to find. Very clean and well stocked and organized. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Leading up to, during, and after our stay, Chad was a great communicator. Having open comms between rentee and renter can definitely provide peace of mind and allow you to enjoy your stay that much more. Thank you, Chad, for being responsive! As for the property, it is spacious and a wonderful spot to relax (enjoyed the tranquility of the backyard/landscaping/fruit trees with actual grass!). Many properties in/around LA do not offer such a lush garden so my family really appreciated that. The kitchen had everything we needed, great space for families of five (the loft was a hit with our son!), and the location served our needs well. Highly recommend Chad's place and will definitely return when we visit LA again.

Booked this house for a small birthday with friends and it was amazing! The house was so cozy and clean, it had everything we needed and more. Communication with the property manager was smooth and check-in was so easy. Great house, great location to go out pretty much anywhere in LA, and beautiful backyard!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house had perfect accommodations from seating, dinning, sleeping, and more. The pool and spa were beautiful and easy to work. It made our trip so comfortable and fun

There were five of us all 62 years old. We absolutely loved it. We all slept well and ate well and the house was very comfortable. We used the pool and the spa a lot. Chad was a good host and very communicative with us about any questions, etc. if we ever get a chance to do this again, we would absolutely rebook.

This house was a quiet retreat in a busy city. Close to universal and the highway. Chad was in constant communication and quick to reply with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this home.

We hosted our elopement and bridal party at this wonderful home over a weekend and it was everything we couldve asked for and more. The yard is the jewel of this home, with the pool/spa being the best feature of the rental. Owner was so communicative and kind. Everything was fantastic and this was the perfect background for the happiest day of our lives.

Had a dinner party in the backyard. It looks just like the pictures. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful.
