Premium Downtown Property! Amazing Rooftop 15 Beds

Overall great place, love the set up, our two families had lots of room. Comfy beds, bathrooms clean. There were just a few issues with the place that they didn’t get a chance to resolve because our stay was short. But they planned to fix the issues the next day, and so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or at another place managed by this group. Walked to the trolley stop for a tour of Nashville. Great location

Here for graduation with extended family who hadn't been to Nashville before. Very convenient location for us. Right in between Belmont University and downtown, and close to 12 South area. House was as expected for a Nashville rental... Beds everywhere, and clearly well used. Clearly geared for people coming for the downtown scene! Could sleep crazy amount of people if you wanted. For the most part the house was very clean. Grill area not so much, with grease on the counters and dirty grill, but it was fine. Place in the midst of a little refresh and master suite and halls had all wall art removed as well as the TV. Two of the beds had not been put together correctly and sort of fell apart the first night, and the rooftop fridge was not working. Minimal silverware too, for a big group. HOWEVER, the owners/management company were VERY responsive and had people there the next AM to fix things right, get the TV up, replace the fridge AND bring more silverware. Rooftop deck a really nice feature. We had great weather and it was nice to hang out up there. Parking was easy, with street and garage available. Overall a nice place and a great stay! We had a larger group stay for 3 total nights, and have many pieces of feedback to try and help them improve.First, there were several items that are in need of repair. The narrow bar on the first floor is in need of fixing as it looked like it was going to come off the wall if any weight was put on it. The speakers on the main floor television (by kitchen) did not work, and there was also a large, sticky stain on the lower left corner of it. Multiple cabinets under the bathroom sinks had doors missing/off when we arrived. There were multiple pictures/art sitting on the floor. One of the kitchen table chairs had screws coming loose or were already missing.Second, the fire/smoke detectors were extremely sensitive; cooking on the stovetop set off the alarms within 20 seconds, and smoke from the rooftop grill would set off the alarms on the second floor.

Other than a minor confusion right at the beginning of the stay with a wrong code to get in the door, everything went smoothly and our stay was comfortable! The location was perfect for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but was close proximity to all the fun things to do in Nashville. The home has all the amenities we needed as two families traveling with kids. We also brought our dog and it was nice that she was welcomed by the host and there was not an extra fee for pets. We loved the rooftop deck with fire pit, and the well appointed kitchen made preparing our meals easy and efficient. The neighbhood was safe and the park close by was great for our kids and our dog! The host was a great communicator and we were able to solve the issue with the door code very quickly. Would definitely stay with Nash Rentals again if ever in the area!

When we arrived the code we were given did not work, when we did get inside the house was not clean there were hairs in every shower and on the floor in bathrooms. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent so showering was horrible. Many broken fixtures throughout the house and windows were open when we arrived so the house was freezing. The beds were the worst we have ever slept on and we tried all of them, my wife and I met in the middle on the master bedroom because the mattress just sloped down in the middle

The place was so roomy and had plenty of space to hangout! It was the perfect spot to stay with friends in Nashville.

Location is 5 star. Communication is 3 star. Cleaniness is 1 star. Sinks and tubs clogged, leftover dirt from previous renters and dust visible thoughout. When I reached out to host, he dismissed my concern as high turnaround normality of the vicinity. I will not rent there again.

Perfect location from which to explore Nashville! Walking distance to the Gulch and an easy drive or Uber trip to downtown. The house is laid out to accommodate large groups, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the decor and the rooftop gathering space. Would definitely recommend for families or friends traveling together!

This place was perfect for a group of ladies in for the weekend! Everything looked just as the pictures. It was clean, very roomy, and the deck was amazing. I highly recommend this home as a rental for a large group. We had a blast and enjoyed every moment.

We had an awesome time! The house was perfect for 12 guys, lots of beds. Great rooftop atmosphere! Great location! Great communication with the owners! Would totally recommend to others with large groups!

No issues at all, in and out, house has everything needed

This home was perfect! The listing shows exactly how the home appears when you arrive!We had three couples and each couple had their own floor and space! We each had our own full bath!The rooftop deck was perfect for relaxing with an after Broadway adventures drink and a great fireplace.Due to weather conditions our flights were delayed and they very generously allowed us to stay a few hours longer. Communication was very timely and good.Location, location, location! Quick uber to broadway and all the little neighborhood restaurants!About a 20min drive the airport - suggest uber if you will be staying in the city. You won’t need a car with this location!Thank you again for a wonderful time in Nashville!
