Stayed May 9, 2026What a fabulous rental! Great location - beautiful golf course views and just a short walk or bike to the beach. The home was filled with everything we needed for a week away from home. We were so impressed with the kitchen amenities - it was easy to make a meal on the nights we decided to stay in. The home was spacious and clean and we loved having a pool. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Apr 3, 2026We had a great week at 16 Woodbine. House was perfect for our family. We enjoyed golf course walks at night and early morning, watching the alligators and birds. Kids loved the pool and big yard to play in. We parked our car- rented bikes for the week- and didn’t drive until we left! Very convenient location! Thank you!

Stayed Feb 1, 2026We have stayed at 16 Woodbine previously but not since the total renoviation of the property. The house is lovely and has everything needed to make it feel like home for our 5 week stay. We did not use the pool since we were there in the winter but it was vleaned weekly. The house is in a great location...minutes from the golf club, beach club and Harbour Town.The property managers are super stars and respond quickly to any issues that may arise.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We had a fantastic time at this property. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 people. The pool was amazing - both the kids and adults enjoyed using it to cool off. The beach was easy to access with a short bike ride or walk. The owner was great to work with - she made everything very easy. I would recommend this house.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Beautiful home! The home had a nice layout, very clean, plenty of towels, had everything that you could possibly need in your kitchen to cook meals. Was only missing a hand mixer and would have been nice to have a few laundry baskets in the laundry room. I would highly recommend this home to families with kids! Beautiful pool and yard. Stayed Sep 28, 2024We were able to gather our entire family for the first time in a while as we are scattered along the east coast. The home accommodated our large group very well. Being so close to the Beach Club made it easy to drop off our many chairs and umbrellas for the day. Overall a winner of a location!
