Premiere Beach House, Family Friendly, West Lakeshore Drive

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Coeur dAlene, Idaho. It met our every need for 4 days. It is a beautiful home.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful lake front home! It was comfortable and roomy enough for all 11 of us to enjoy family meals, games, and a relaxing time together. We loved the quiet mornings with knitting and coffee watching the lake activity from the sunrooms, went for afternoon walks along the beach, strolled to an amazing park with our grandchildren just down the street, went geocaching just a few blocks away, and enjoyed Gooey sundaes at the resort just a 10 minute walk away. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with all the pans, dinnerware, and utensils we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, there were shelves of toys, books, games, and puzzles. Extras like umbrellas, beach chairs, and window seat cushions were thoughtfully available. All in all a beautiful stay for our family gathering.

Perfect home for multiple generations. Warm and cozy… decorated for Christmas holiday; piano available for music; puzzles available; great kitchen; and incredible views of Lake Coeur d’Alene.Very good communication with host and management. The host prioritizes a family friendly experience! The property manager, Roni, is wonderful, extrememly attentive and accessible and does everything to make our stay top notch! This is our 7th year of thoroughly enjoying this property. A resounding 5 Star experience!!

This was an amazing house and fit my Birthday holiday plans for my family and Grandkids! Also very close to the Santa cruise for the little kids too! Loved coming here and will come back for sure.

The house was beautiful with amazing views of the water and the Christmas lights at the resort. I really appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities that were provided. Definitely on our “stay there again” list

Our cousin from Australia just came off a 41 day cruise and wanted to see some sights out west in the US. Glacier National Park was our first stop, then we spoiled him with this beautiful home on the shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene. The host graciously allowed us to check in early. The house was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. We gave our cousin the master suite and he loved looking out at the lake. We enjoyed using the sun rooms for coffee in the morning and caught a football game one evening. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and we found everything we needed for meals and drinks at home. It was so convenient having a laundry room in the basement. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us!

This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again!

Great place for a larger group or family to explore CDA. Our family enjoyed local restaurants, swimming, boating, shopping and hiking.

This historic house is incredible! So charming, well-stocked, and very clean! There are lots of cozy areas to sit and get away and wonderful areas for gathering. Our family gathering of 13 loved it and will be returning!

Our stay in July was wonderful. Easy check-in and communication. The house was plenty big to accommodate our group with space to spare. The access to the lake right in front of the house was a huge plus! Would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay with a family!

perfect for our family of 11 people, it is the 12th time we have used this house.

We have stayed at the Gumprecht House several times and it is perfect for our family (18 months to 77!). The location is perfect, whether we are at the beach, out on the lake with our boat and wave runners, taking the kids to the very close park, playing pickle ball or strolling the streets of the lovely village. If not walking, our favorite mode of transportation is bicycling. The house is roomy and beautiful with 5 bedrooms and many sitting areas on the main floor. We shall be returning for many years to come!

My family and I came for the Ironman and this couldn’t have been a more perfect location! We were able to walk to all events besides being so close to downtown. Of course having the lake across the street and all the lake rentals near us was a bonus. If we ever come to this area again we will definitely see if this house is available!

We had a wonderful time staying on West Lakeshore Drive. The location is stellar and the house worked out well. We're already looking at using it next year (once we have dates).

Location, Location, Location. You cannot be better positioned than this property it was right in the center of everything that we had planned for my daughter’s week long wedding celebration. House had everything we needed lots of parking and the two sunroom are excellent people watching with early morning coffee or late evening bourbon. Would more than highly recommend and we would stay again

Great as always. We’ve stayed multiple times while attending dance competitions at the college. It’s our favorite rental in the neighborhood.

Another great Thanksgiving with adult siblings and grand-kids. This house and location never disappoints even with the varying age groups. We love that this large older home tells a story and has tidbits of history framed and hanging on the walls. Plenty of room for conversation and catching up, a playroom downstairs for the kids is a plus. The house is well stocked with everything you would need in addition to being very clean.

Five couples came together to enjoy this beautiful home on the lake. It is well appointed with everything you need. Sitting on the lawn across from the lake was exceptionally nice. We walked down to the marina and enjoyed the shops several times during our stay.

This property was amazing. The check-in process was simple, the house is beautiful and with tons of history, and the view (especially from the master bedroom) was amazing. We walked to Hudsons Hamburgers, we swam right in front of the house, and we enjoyed Sherman Ave. Wow this house really was amazing.

We had a wonderful 50th wedding anniversary for our grandparents here. My favorite part was that there were 4 floors. My cousins and I loved playing hide n seek on all the floors. I also enjoyed having private lake access and having a park so close by. I also enjoyed the air hockey, and having the entire family in one house. Taylor, age 12. I have never had such a great week! We got to have fun playing at the park and swimming. I was so excited to choose my own room and could barely choose because they were all amazing. I never got bored in this house, who would? We always had something to do. Brynna, age 10. I loved my stay!!!!!!!!!!!! Elsie, age 8. Me too! Revel, age 5. They pretty much summed it up! Our whole family had an absolutely fabulous time at the Gumprecht home on Lake Coeurd’Alene. The location is PERFECT! The house was clean, very spacious, well supplied, and very comfortable. We loved walking a few blocks to get coffee, ice cream, shop in great stores, listen to bands play in the park, and great restaurants. We also spent a day at the fabulous Triple Play water park and arcade. In the evening we would gather in the front porch to play games and visit, while admiring the incredible views! Our family just loves staying here! We walk into town for coffee, food, hikes. Location couldn't be better.

This was the perfect house for our large family, whose members range in age from 1 to 60. Well-situated within walking distance to coffee, the park, the docks, lake and beaches, the home had absolutely everything we needed in terms of water gear, towels and kitchen tools. It also just had a very homey feeling. We loved all the different areas where the kids could play and we could relax, play and look at the amazing view.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house for a family vacation. Perfect location, perfect views of the beach, awesome playroom for young kids. You can't go wrong!

This is an amazing home and easily accomodated 11 women for an annual get together. We are all over 65 years of age and easily used the stairs to the upper floors and into the house. Beautiful, easy walk to town along the water and we felt safe walking back to the house in the group after dark. Great restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, bars. House is directly accross a one way street from a grass area and steps down to the water. We were able to put our beach chairs in the sand and toes in the water on a hot day! Loved sitting in the two sunrooms or out on front lawn and watching the people walk and bike by. Everyone was so friendly in the town. House was very well equipted with anything we needed. Basement would be a great area for kids, with toys and air hockey (maybe pool or foosball was there also?). Communication was great between agent and also the home owner. We all highly recommend this home for large group stays and we will return!!

We stayed with 3 families and had many children under 5. The location was ideal for walking to the park, beach, downtown, and marina. Our family loved that it felt like a home.

Beautiful lakeside home! Fully equipped kitchen, great basement game room, two gorgeous sunrooms overlooking the water, and chairs and towels included for the beach. Short walk to all restaurants and shops. Adjacent to a gorgeous park. Perfect for our family reunion. Would not hesitate to stay again!
