This professionally designed, Single Family Home , non smoking, Three bedroom Home and has an open floor plan with a large living room with queen sleeper sofa with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with stand up shower. Outdoor shower. Primary Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization.
Second Bedroom has a Full and Twin. Third Bedroom has a Twin over a Full Bunk. Living room has a Queen Sleeper. This property has a multi machine coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Standard WIFI Internet provided through out the property by FIOS with in home Router. Washer & Dryer in building but need to to go through exterior door near entrance of home to access. Out door Dining Table, Loungers and Gas Grill.

NOTE: This property has two off street parking and additional free street parking. This home is located 4 blocks to the beach that is a 5 - 10 minute walk.

FREE POOL ACCESS - Guest staying in this home has free access to use the two pools located at our Lazy River by the Beach location that is just around the corner and about a 5 minute walk. This location has outdoor showers, gas grills, bathroom and plenty of games and outdoor seating.

* For the months of July & August, all daily and weekend rentals (4 days or less) are part of our Magical Collection Rentals and include free linen & towel drop off and one adult weekly beach tag per bedroom. Free beach access for guests under 12 years of age.
* Although Linens ,Towels & Beach Tags are not included in our discounted Weekly Rentals we now offer Bed, Bath & Beach Bundles that includes use of 3 free adult beach tags ($315 value) for just $ 225.00 additional. This includes everything you need at our discounted weekly rate.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee . Weight and Breed must be approved in advance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership. Pets approved based upon breed & week subject at a $ 150.00 per month Pet Fee
* Parking limited to one car but additional free street parking is available.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

No outside Guests or Visitors. $ 200,00 additional registration fee added to reservation and a $ 59.00 Insurance Charge,. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which that attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
