This was our first house of five that we chose for Lake Vistas Properties. It is a large three story lake view house located at 1254 Prather Dr. Nancy KY, less than a mile from Lee's Ford Marina and Pulaski County Park. Enough space to get lost in. A spacious open floor plan to hold large gatherings with plenty of driveway for parking and/or boats along with a very large 2 car garage. Stayed Nov 23, 2025It was very nice but …. Could have been cleaner! Tons of bath towels and dish towels but no rhyme or reason on dishes, silverware, etc. we loved the game/bar room! We loved all the countertops in the kitchen and we loved the big table. Didn’t like the dirty lights, ceiling fans and windows!

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Thanks to Summer, who is the host of this property, for all the swift communication she provided whenever I had any questions. Because of her recommendation, I hired a private chef for our women's retreat. I would highly recommend this property. All the attendees loved it, and some ladies took the business card to book the property.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The view was amazing and the host responded to all of my questions quickly. Our only issue was the house next door was having construction done and it was so loud, jack hammering and semi trucks coming and going. We know the owners have no control of it, but a heads up would have been nice. We loved the house and the it was perfect for a family vacation.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024The house was exactly as described. Our family enjoyed the basement game room/ movie room the most. There were a couple things that would have made it better but was definitely out of the owners hands. The bridge was out so if you needed anything from Somerset, it took 30 minutes to get to instead of 5 minutes. The organization of the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, appliances, etc.) could definitely use some work. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024I can’t say enough nice things about this house. The home was clean, kitchen huge and made for lots of people, beds were comfortable. Lots of room. The neighbors (especially Danny) were all so nice and friendly. The view is perfect. The house is full of things to do on a rainy day. We will definitely return, hopefully with our adult children as it’s a big place for just two people. We are looking forward to a return visit!
