Ideal location, very clean and great layout allows for larger groups to gather and celebrate. Family friendly, lots of bathrooms, functional and modern kitchen. There is no more central location than this, and Parking is not an issue. Highly recommended!!

This home had a great location for a no driving holiday. Just a block to the beach and much of the town's action.However, the listing doesn't state that it is a duplex, and the space is not as large as the photos suggest, for a place saying it holds 16 guests. The main floor livingroom was small, and removed from the kitchen/dining. You really can only seat 7 people inside, and 7 outside to eat (our group was 14, so we were able to make it work, but it was cozy). The listing says there are 3 bathrooms all with showers. There are indeed 4 bathrooms, but 2 are only half baths, so there are only 2 showers in this home.The check in process had an automated system that as a middle aged person, I had difficulty understanding and navigating, and in that process I was asked to leave an additional amount of money to secure against damages, or a hold on my credit card. This expectation was not disclosed in advance.One bedroom had sheets with bloodstains (I do believe the sheets were cleaned, however stained). The rest of the place was clean and well decorated.We messaged the host app mentioning there was only enough dishwasher detergent for about 2 loads, and the tinfoil was only enough for 2 pans. We were told they only provide a starter amount for these type of amenities. Dishwasher soap should for sure be an included supply imo, or at least mention we are on our own for this, as we would have brought from home(we were thankful we got more than a starter supply of toilet paper!)

Tight for 4 adults. Perfect for a family

Perfect location for walking to the lake and downtown. We were a party of six adults and four children. The six bedrooms were fairly large and although the listing shows three bathrooms with no tub, we were pleased to see there was a tub and an extra half bath downstairs. Yes, plenty of stairs but not a deterrent. New levels to explore. The top level/family room is very big and private. The family room was great for lounging. I worried that the kitchen was small but it was just fine. Very nice hosts.

This was a nice place to stay. Communication with the host was fast. Would be lovely in the summer time. Close to the lake and walking paths. Lots of stairs. The loft was beautiful and the bed was cozy. Some of the others on the second level said their beds were a little hard?

The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach. We had 8 adults and 3 young kids and everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. We would rent here again for sure.

This home away from home was lovely. It was clean and loads of space. The lake was nearby and would have been great except that it was a cool, windy weekend, making us all the more grateful that we had a perfect place to shelter, visit, eat and play games. Easy recommendation. Thanks to our hosts

The stay at this home was just fine! We didn’t find the fridge too clean and had 3 days worth of food to load in - we had to clean it first. There was no left over food the fridge shelves/walls were not washed. The coffee take way too long to make. The beds are super comfortable. We found one them with sand in the sheets. The layout of the home is great! We were working and is provided great space for alone time to do that!
