Potomac River Retreat - Shepherdstown, WV - Stunning views - 5 acres 4 BR

Really great & unique property! Private, very clean home, good location (close to Sheperdstown). No issues during our long weekend stay. Would recommend!

This place is great! We stayed over New Years/winter break. Great views, all kinds of wildlife - we even spotted a big cat one evening. The home was perfect for our group of 8 - 2 families of four and our dogs. The kids enjoyed the assortment of games and the dogs had a great time running around at the bottom of the hill by the river. The place is located within about 15 minutes of everything you could need and convenient for visiting local points of interest, but still private and quiet. We enjoyed eating at Blue Moon Cafe (which allows dogs inside) in Shepherdstown. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with! Easy drive from the Annapolis area for us.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our holiday celebration. Would definitely stay again!

This property was fantastic, better than could be anticipated. Spotless, well appointed. Lots of privacy on the grounds as well as indoor layout. The hot tub was perfect; a/c. This is the best stay our sibling reunion 6 of us has ever had.

Check-in and out was super easy. Property manager was quick to respond. The view was absolutely amazing. Loved having a cup of coffee in the morning watching over the water.

Very nice weekend

The home is lovely. Beautiful view of the woods and Potomac. Very private. Warm welcome from the host and a welcome basket of goodies. Unfortunately the screen on the porch door was ripped so there were frequent bugs on the porch and it could not be used in the evening with lights on. The town of Shepherdstown is charming with a farm market and cute shops and great restaurants. Grass roof is very unique. Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing get away.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The view of the river was beautiful. The property is private with a serene vibe. The house itself was amazing, everything was well thought out, high quality comfortable furniture and bed, great kitchen. There really is a grass roof! Exceeded expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent communication with Tony. Shepherdstown was a short drive away and nice to walk around.
