The location of the house is perfectly close to all main town areas of Sedona, as well as, centralized near hiking/exploring. The house itself is super spacious and very accommodating! I love the little details and Janine has made sure to make your stay comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend staying here : )

The house was amazing. Janine had taken the time to put in a host of nice extras: kleenex in the bedrooms, great guides to restaurants/sights/rainy day activities, lots of games. I would certainly recommend the house to friends.

Everything in the house was super clean and the location was really convenient to town. In fact there was a delightful bagel truck and Mexican restaurant walking distance from the house. I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. Everything was warm and cozy and, despite the unseasonable monsoon weather, we still try to make the most of the backyard. The shower is even had toiletries for use which was really nice because I wasn't sure it would. Need a blow dryer? Check. Coffee maker? Check. Full size fridge and dishwasher, stove, two seating areas and even binders with extra activities in the area and maps. Extra towels, extra blankets, and even a washer and dryer. Seriously, this host has thought of everything. She was also very communicative the entire time we stayed and was available to answer any questions we had about the area or the house. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the area for vacation!

We had such a great time! Janine offered some great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. After a full day of adventures, it was nice to come back and relax in the hot tub! You cant go wrong choosing this as a home spot when visiting Sedona!

Me, my wife, three kids, and the mother I. Law stayed for a week We had everything we needed and the home was well supplied and located. The host was very responsive to all messages ect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We spent most of our time in the backyard area which was very private.

Easy to walk to shops and restaurants, 3 big bedrooms and a welcoming vibe. My family loved the space and serenity and Janine is very communicative and provided lots of helpful info on what to do in Sedona. You can’t go wrong staying here!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay, both time at the house and we were close to attractions such as Red Rock and Devil's bridge. The Grand Canyon is a couple hours away so this is a convenient spot for a day trip there.

Very nice quiet clean home. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was marvelous!

I was in Sedona for the Film Festival and this vrbo was perfect for that event. It is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to the shuttle and also to Whole Foods. There is a Starbuck's nearby and a food truck down the street. The house is nicely furnished and cozy. The sunken den is very nice! Lots of books and puzzles and games available. The hostess left coffee for us! Nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.

Janine’s place was perfect! It was super cute and clean. Very convenient location! Very responsive and friendly host as well! Everything about it was perfect and we had the best time! Can’t wait to come back to Sedona and stay in the same place!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were VERY helpful by; giving very detailed advance check in information. They also were super responsive, even helping us book another night with them on short notice after our travel plans changed last minute. The home had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub! The house was centrally located and made it easy to get to hiking and great food. We would absolutely stay here again!

Let me first start with the simple but important fact that Janine is an outstanding host and communicator-certainly one of the best I have experienced. She was always quick to respond with support and compassion. Our group was made up of me (Grandma), my 44 year old son, and 14 year old grandson

There are a lot of people coming to Sedona, so we were happy to have a house on a quiet street just off the main drag. The host was very attentive and prompt in answering all our questions. There was plenty of room and lots of sitting spaces for comfortable lounging after hikes. We loved the hot tub.

We had a great stay here for a girls reunion trip. The location is fantastic and within walking to distance to stores, restaurants and hikes. We were able to hike up to the airport look out for sunset right from the house. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great stay. reseacommunicate

We stayed for 3 days of hiking & enjoyed the town, hiking & the house.

House was spacious and comfortable for our four adult family members. It was well appointed. It was a good launching point for the hikes and getting out in Sedona. The hostess was responsive. We were well content with our stay.
