Our Villa KOKOMO is a luxury 2 bed 2.5 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. 5 minute walk to the sand on Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the Ground floor and offers a large private balcony with lovely views of the community lake. Note: Both bedrooms are accessed by one flight of stairs.

Stayed Jan 7, 2026Great location; clean, well-stocked condo (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags, beach towels), 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the beach! Nice pool area (125 steps away) including a hot tub and adjacent to a decent restaurant (Twisted Tuna) that has a nice poolside Tiki bar. Lovely strolling path around a lake. Large TVs with streaming capability. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds (though pillows a bit mushy if you like firm pillows). Second time we've rented from POSHPADZ and they are great. Doubt you can find a better rental opportunity in Jupiter.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo. Lakeview, patio! The condo is very comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed the screened in patio on the ground level. Beautiful pool areas and lake views. Walk to 2 premo restaurants and the ocean!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Was visiting Jupiter for the first time and wasn't sure what area to book. We were pleasantly surprised to be close to so much; from the close restaurants to the marina! Condo was tastefully decorated and was completely stocked with everything as promised.... and then some!Would definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We stayed here for 4 nights in June. We booked very last minute but Gina, the property manager, made contact straight away with very clear and concise arrangements and responded to us immediately. Check in with Gina was seamless. The property was very clean and well equipped. Two big bedrooms and a thoughtfully laid out living space. Large TVs in the living area and bedrooms. An outside lanai with seating and dining table and an electric bbq. Kitchen was well equipped although the Twisted Tuna restaurant was a stones throw away and so we ate there a few nights. The condo was in a complex overlooking a lake. We had no noise issues at all. Parking outside the condo made life easy. There is a $25 parking permit fee to pay which lasts for the entirety of your stay. The condo was well situated in Jupiter and we could walk to Harbourside and Riverwalk - both nice areas for drinks and dining. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 5, 2023A perfect location for beaches, baseball and restaurants! We stayed 2 weeks and have already booked for next year. Gary was a very responsive host and the condo was terrific. We especially enjoyed the short walk to The Twisted Tuna for happy hour.

Stayed Nov 2, 2021The condo was clean, modern, and bright, with excellent appliances and cookware. The screened in porch was a comfortable space for coffee and cocktails overlooking the lake. There was easy access to the beach (either walking or driving), and solid beach chairs and umbrella for our use. Tons of easy access to restaurants as well. Definitely a winner! Gary from Poshpadz was attentive and great to work with!
