This is a great location with a short walk to the beach. The description & photos of the property were accurate. We enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

I loved the neighborhood and the walking distance to the beach. Although when we arrived to the beach house the floors were a little dirty, there was a half eaten piece of steak in a decoration bowl placed in the living room, and the master bathroom tub wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that our stay was great!

The house was perfect. We were one street from the beach which was nice. The house was clean and roomy for all 13 of us. He pool was nice and big. We will definitely be staying at dunes properties again!!

Good location, nice place. Both decks need to be cleaned, and all the emails about buying their insurance were too much.
