Very disappointed, we didnt recieve access code by email.ther was no contact info, even Verbo couldnt reach the host. It was not not safe property ,the neighbor , friend of the host knew the access code, we didnt feel safe, therefore we left the property.
Great place to stay, neighborhood was quiet & safe. Property was clean, well kept, adequate supplies. Appliances worked well, beds and bathroom were comfortable. Cute little patio with privacy from the main house. Host was kind and attentive. Overall we would stay here again.
The owner is an architect and it shows. Love the skylights and the separate upstairs/downstairs bedrooms/baths for privacy.
Normally one doesn't find such high quality cookware and knives! We greatly enjoyed our stay.
Spent three nights here while visiting our daughter, a student at Reed. No issues at all with the property, and it was close enough to campus (and to Woodstock, where we ate almost every meal) that it was super-easy to get around. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit her!
Came to Portland to visit family. The location of stay was in a quiet neighborhood. Found everything to be as described in the listing. We especially liked the outdoor, covered space as it rained several days during our stay.
Very large, well equipped space. We slept downstairs in queen bed, but ‘lived’ upstairs in spacious and bright area.
Perfect location to visit family who live nearby. Everything as described in the list ing. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Thank you for hosting.
The location of the house was perfect for our stay. We were within walking distance of the quaint village center and parks. The house was very clean, cool & spacious. The larger bed and pillows were very comfortable. The finishes were a bit rustic but very serviceable. There wasn't a dishwasher or ice maker in the main kitchen but it wasn't a problem for us since we didn't cook/hang out at the house much. Nice property.
The Urban Lodge was comfortable and convenient for me and my grandchildren. Lots of places to play hide and seek. The beds we’re comfortable, there were an ample supply of towels and blankets. We love blankets! The host was responsive and prevented a problem by changing batteries on door lock. Great stay, would definitely recommend.
Location was fine. Away from busy downtown Portland. Good restaurants nearby.
Clean, convenient, comfortable, and a great host.
Property was clean and well maintained, check in was straightforward and fast. A lovely experience.
Clean and new, comfortable beds in the bedrooms. The couch bed wouldn’t be comfortable for an adult.
Unfortunately I didn’t make it but my daughter and son in law said it was amazing!!!
The property was exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful set up with plenty of space. It was so close to everything we needed. I could not be more thankful to have stayed there while handling the passing of my father. Marshall let us book a day before arriving and it truly was perfect for us.
This Urban Lodge was perfect, everything was just as mentioned in the listing and the process was seamless.
We enjoyed the spaciousness and cool layout of this property. Next door’s dogs were sometimes vocal, but not late into the evening. Friendly communication and a delicious bottle of Pinot waiting for us!
Didn't find a WiFi password on the communications. Used my data plan instead.
The home was clean and it worked out well for 4 adults and a baby.
This has to be the quietest neighborhood in Portland! We slept well in extremely comfortable beds and were well-rested for all of our activities at Reed College. Thumbs up to host Marshall for being so communicative and helpful.
Urban lodge was one of the two best rentals I have stayed in of dozens. Heat wave and. A/ C. Worked great . Wi-do was smoking hot fast . great amenities . Hardwood floors and stairs . Upstairs was like a barn loft but super nice with skylights , even in the bathroom . All technology and utilities were great . Bring your log ins for your streaming and can watch on TV’s in both up and down. Nice kitchen and great appliances and utensils. Have vacationed in Portland many times cause I grew up there . Rental close to family and I definitely want to stay there again. You can’t beat it .looks like orange barn on the outside , super nice inside
I was cautious at first because I've never rented a property on someone's property, but this little upgraded unit was so cute. Downstairs had a bathroom and small fridge and sink. Upstairs had the full kitchen, great bathroom and fun nook where the bed was. It was almost like renting two places for the price of one! Quiet neighborhood, not too far from lots of Portland culture. Fun quirks like lighted sink faucets and party lights in one bedroom. I would totally stay here again.
This was a great house. 2 living areas made it a perfect size for 4 of us and was a super convenient location for where we wanted to be. No issues at all.
Accommodations were perfect! Bottle of wine was a nice touch! Nearness to areas we wanted to visit around Portland was perfect!
This place was perfect for we 3 colleagues in town for a weekend project with Reed College. Very comfortable accommodation for 3 adults. Loved the shower/tub upstairs. Just enough kitchen-- more than we needed actually. Comfortable beds. Lovely linens. Everything clean and easy. Great location for our needs, too.
