Fabulous stay, felt right at home. Comfortable beds. Kind and helpful just, close to downtown Mpls. Neighborhood felt safe and on-street parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The space was great, very well appointed and the access to Downtown was exactly why we booked. Owner very responsive and made the process and stay awesome! If we stay in the area again we would defiantly book again!

Not only is the space beautiful, but the thoughtful extras (bottled water, wine, chocolate, jams.....) made our stay even more special.

Seriously, why would you stay anywhere else? It was perfect. Immaculate home in a great neighborhood. Our host was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. A lovely place to stay in Minneapolis.

Jeff is very nice and his place is beautifully decorated. He recommended Modern Times for breakfast and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast there; the staff excellent as well. Jeff's property stands out in the neighborhood. Quiet, pleasant sitting porch, comfortable (but one a bit squeaky) beds.

The property is as described, very tasteful, clean and well equipped. If you are looking for a full kitchen this is not the place for you, but it has most things a guest might want including a coffee maker, microwave, a mini fridge and plates and utensils. The check in and out was easy and Jeff responded to my questions very quickly. We would stay again.

Location is great- close to airport, downtown and a quick drive to St. Paul. Jeff (owner) is so kind and very informative about the city. Sitting on the porch in the evening and enjoying the beautiful yard is a must do. The house is great for sleeping- quiet and dark bedrooms. Cheers!

What a beautiful place! It was beautiful and peaceful and so comfortable. Everything from the towels to the bedding to the rugs underfoot was just first class. There was beautiful leaded glass and lamps and a really comfortable king bed to stretch out on. We enjoyed the front porch, too, and were lucky enough to get the chance to sit there and watch a thunderstorm roll in. Wonderful place - would definitely stay again.

This residence was incredibly clean and comfortable. Jeff was very responsive each time we made contact with him. It was the perfect distance for convenient uber rides to event areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, and terrific host, but VRBO listing leads with “Entire home” as the front page heading. This is misleading. This is an upstairs apartment, 2 bedrooms and two baths, but has no kitchen, dining area, or laundry. It’s perfect for a short stay, clean and very nicely furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were out and about a lot, but when we were at the home it was so comfortable and beautiful. Very clean and welcoming. Can't say enough good things!

Highly recommended! Lovely, comfortable, clean space, in beautifully restored home in Midtown. Ideal for couples or families with older children. Great central location for attractions around the city. Close to many diverse dining options. We also enjoyed evenings sitting on the front porch. Would definitely choose again for our next visit.

You simply cannot do better than Jeff and his place in South Minneapolis, which is convenient to everything and which is quite beautiful and convenient. Jeff is easy to reach and quite solicitous. In short, I recommend him and his place most highly.

The apartment is charming very well. Appointed, the groans are adorable, beautiful, and the hosts are absolutely terrific.

Jeff was a wonderful host, as he opened the doors up of his 1900s house to us over the weekend. He was very friendly and made himself available whenever we might need. The unit was fully stocked, with very comfortable beds and luxurious towels. We enjoyed flipping through photos and seeing the resonating progress of the house. We would definitely visit again the next time we are in the area!

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. The rooms were clean and cozy and our host added lots of nice touches, such as coffee, chocolate and wine. Downtown was a short Uber ride away and our host was responsive to any questions or needs. The host’s residence is on the first floor, but there are no common areas. It was like staying at a private boutique hotel. Would stay again!

What an amazing stay. The home is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal for getting around the city without being downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this beautiful home. Very comfortable spaces. It was a great place to stay for our group of 4 for a college visit weekend.

Unit itself was lovely and Jeff organized late self check in - thank you for that Quiet despite being on fairly main road . think area slightly less than good but could have done with steer in that from host - lots of homeless on streets nearby -but actual house and immediate neighbors seem nice Two separate bedrooms but smaller had no bedside light and although that was within a lockable area there were several doors marked’ private’ within the area and despite asking if anyone else was living there we had no response to texts snd my daughter was uncomfortable therefore Also nowhere to wash dishes other than in bathroom sink and no equipment etc to do so - did text Jeff to request washing those as per instructions in the flat but didn’t happen so had to take back upstairs and rinse as best we could Safe had low battery symbol so didn’t want to risk using and again no response to text about that

Upon arrival, Jeff met us at the front door with keys. Let us know about the house in overall was a great host our entire stay.. The two bedrooms upstairs were in great shape, very clean and all necessities were available

We spent the weekend at this amazing gem of a rental. The property owner, Jeff, was responsive and accommodating. Home had a lot of charm, plenty of towels and was very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided, coffee, tea. Cold water and even a few cold beers in the fridge. Jeff also left a bottle of wine and some chocolates, all complimentary. The beds were very comfortable. My family is tall but shorter guests could probably benefit from a mini step stool to get into the beds. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely plan to rent from Jeff again while in the Minneapolis area. Thanks Jeff’

All went well. Spacious and clean

We stayed at this property once before, about 5 years ago. We gave it 5 stars then, as we did this trip. We stayed for a week. The rooms are wonderful. If you love sleek and modern, that is not this place. This place is beautifully Victorian. The place is spacious, clean and the Victorian house is very nice. We are two 70 year-olds who love to walk. The area is residential and you’ll b able d to walk or drive about a mile to nearest restaurants. We felt safe at all times. We really like this place.

Did a quick girls weekend away with a friend, the space was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Beautiful view of the garden out front, from the window in the living room. Looking forward to coming back again!

The perfect home away from home for accessibility to downtown and absolute comfort! Beautiful gardens, front porch and front entrance. The upstairs rooms are decorated with great taste and comfort in mind. Gorgeous works of art from the owners are seen in every room! Both the spacious parlor and second bedroom are equip for enjoyment and convenience. The wine and chocolate treat was divine. Jon was super helpful and made me and my three teens feel right at home. Highly recommend. Thank you!
