Portion of villa directly on the lake

What a lovely place to stay for a week ! Excellent spot as wel for daily trips in this very beautiful region. Thank you Giovanni.

We enjoied the a quiet and comfortable place and pleasant hostage in beautiful enveriment and plenty of opertunities to do.

Giovanni's property is amazing! Lots of space over two floors, and a garden area that goes right to the edge of the lake!! Four of us stayed there and had plenty of room to spread out. The spacious living room included a smart TV and a dining area, though it was much nicer to sit outside on the patio or on the loungers in the garden. There were also paddle boards and kayaks to use, though these seem to be shared with a couple of other apartments. Giovanni was very responsive and a great host. The directions were easy to follow and check in was simple. We had a problem with the hot water on our first morning, but he came out immediately to fix it even though it was a Sunday morning. A great spot for a perfect, relaxing holiday.

Perfect situated at Lake Como between Como and Bellagio. Giovanni and his wife are very nice and the communication is very fast (personal and via SMS). The garden is direct at the lake and there are several kajaks etc. The seaview is like a postcard photo! The house was very clean and perfect for 7 persons (3 bathrooms). The kitchen was very good equipped. Thanks Giovanni!!!

The property is neat, clean. The bathrooms are very modern, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a view of the lake and surrounding villages. Giovanni is so kind and helpful. The roads are a challenge and be sure to have an automatic car.

First of all the House is wonderfull! The garden with a wonderfull view on the other side of the Lake Como is perfect. The best thing is the opportunity to swim in the Lake. The entrance is just around the house and then you have little stairs and you are direct at the Lake. Boats (Kanu) are there and you can use them free of charge. Giovanni is a prefect Host. He is there if you need something... He is a Superhost! The house has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking ... the beds and the rooms are clean. For going to Bellagio or Como..... just take the Bus.... as the streets are very small and you will not find a praking place! But buy the Bus tickets in the Bar about 400m away! We had a perfect week with two families .. 4 Adults and 3 kids! Thx Giovanni... !
