Stayed May 31, 2026This house is in a fantastic location. The house is laid out well, with plenty of space and everything we needed. However, we had major issues that would cause us to never stay here again. The primary reason we booked here was for the pool that overlooked the river. Due to extreme algae in the pool we could not use it during our 3 night stay. I informed the mgmt company upon arriving of the pool condition which I was told they would look into it and that their pool was only serviced on Thursdays. I even provided pictures. Our stay was Sun-Wed. They never got back to me, so 2 days later, I asked for a response. I was told that the pool was safe to use and they would not be servicing it until Thursday (after our check out). I found this to be extremely unprofessional. The mgmt company was about 5 min. from the house, and at any time they could have sent someone out to clean the pool. I have 3 young kids. I do not know many moms that would want their kids swimming around in all the algae. Another issue we had was bugs. I did not inform them of the bugs b/c there was no point after they wouldn't service the pool for us. I have attached pictures of the bugs found on the loft room bed as well as pics of the pool. Do not book this house if you are booking for the pool. Also, being by the river I know there are bugs, but they need to be more on top of their pest service as we were killing bugs on the bed and the floor quite a bit.

The host was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025This was a great property in a great location! Access to the river and walkable to downtown. The house was very nice and we used the pool everyday. Only issue was we messaged the host about the downstairs fan outside not working and received no response during our stay.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This gorgeous property has all the most modern amenities and our family had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving. Really enjoyed renting the golf cart to get around town. The Mets were very comfortable, and the balcony was extremely beautiful, beautiful overlooking the river. The only thing I would say is, we did not know how many steps they were going to be getting into the main level which was challenging for my elderly mother-in-law who walked up both flights very slowly. If only you could install an elevator :). Wish the weather was warmer so that we could've used the pool, but we enjoyed the big family room area, and cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
