As new Holiday House Fully furnished with fantastic views, in the centre of town and only 500 metres to beach. Has all the modern appliances and conveniences with 3/4bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2/3 living zones providing plenty of space and privacy if required. Ducted Heating Throughout. Air Conditioning upstairs and downstairs Can sleep 10 comfortably Maximum 11 people. Fully enclosed back yard.

Single Car Garage plus 1 space in driveway. Extra Fridge in Garage and Clothes Dryer.
>Bedding- Provide your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. All other bedding requirements provided.

Payments- 50% deposit on booking, balance 7 days prior to check in. Full payment required for booking if stay commences prior to 28 days.

Refundable Security Deposit of 1,000 required 7 days prior to booking, deduction will be made for damages and non-cleaning.

No Pets or Smoking.

No Schoolies.

The property is to provide for quiet enjoyment, large parties/ excessive noise will not be tolerated and could result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

Property is provided clean and it is required that it be left in the same condition on departure. If not a cleaning fee of $250 may be deducted from your security deposit.

    The property has a good view that overlooks the beach and the city. The beach and shops is a 5 minute walk from the property. We had a good time and Joanne was good to deal with. Good communication and great location.

    The location is conveniently set within walking distance of the beach, cafes and restaurants in the community. Love the views from the balcony that you can watch sunrise. There were more than enough of cups, plates and cooking utensils in the kitchen. The fridge inbuilt cool filtered water feature is great for summer. Beach umbrella, surf boards, fishing gears, beach chairs all available for use. The house needs professional cleaning as we found lollies and rubbish under the bed, there were sandy couches that we need to clean it before use. The bed mattress and pillows were too soft for elderly people ?.

    A great stay at this property. Only a 5 min walk down to the shops - a bit longer on the way back due to walking uphill. Very close to everything in town. Really enjoyed visiting the wineries around Portarlington as well. Property was well set out with lots of room and stunning views over the bay.

    Joanne and Greg met us on arrival and took us around the house and showed us how everything worked and where it was located. The house has amazing views across the bay and on a clear day we could see Melbourne CBD buildings. The house is 5-10 mins walk from the main street and shops of Portarlington which is a lovely little seaside area. Nice and quiet with lovely cafes/restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for a lovely holiday!

    Our escape to Port Views was a wonderful family holiday with our adult children. The house provided plenty of room for everyone and offered extreme comfort. The views from both balcony's offered a beautiful and relaxing experience. With a short walk to the main street eateries, parks, beach and pier made our stay stress free. We were greeted by our lovely hosts who offered many ideas on the best places to visit and eat. Hoping to go back again soon.

    I stayed with 7 adults and 3 babies, the house was a great setup for us. Having a kitchen full of all the essentials, as well as a good supply of pantry staples added to the house. It made the stay a delight. The amazing views and ample at space really added to the house. Will definitely be back!

    This modern property was clean and well equipped. It is in a great location with a short work to the main shopping street and the beach while making the most of great views from top of the hill. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to both groups and families.
