It is equipped with all the needed items for the beach and pool. We have 2 small grandchildren that were safe and enjoyed house layout. We typically spend time at SC beaches and decided to travel to Florida instead. We couldn't complain about anything regarding the house and the community. Easy walking to the beach or pools. Also convenient for day trips to the surrounding area. Not crowded at all & we were there 4th of July week.

The house was perfect! We would have loved to have had a better view of the ocean, but a house being built blocked that view. The house was very well stocked and we loved having chairs and wagons, beach towels, etc. We also loved having 2 mini fridges. We used the grill and it was very nice! My daughter got engaged while we were there, so it is a trip we will remember forever! We would love for the pools to stay opened past 8. That was the only complaint from our teens and young adults.

We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach before, but this was the first time at this location. The elevator was a big sell for us since our daughter had a recent knee injury. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!

The home is lovely, had plenty of space for our group of 9, and is in an incredible location. The elevator was appreciated by the family member who has difficulty navigating stairs. We visited in December and enjoyed both the beach and the pools. The property is close to St. Augustine, and we saw a spectacular rocket launch from the second and third level decks. We loved the ocean view and listening to the waves all day long (this may change as it appears that a home is going to be built on the vacant lot between the home and the beach). We would definitely visit again.

The house itself was phenomenal! It had everything we could possibly want. The beds were comfortable as were the couches. Super Clean home! The community itself was a bit disappointing for only two reasons...There is no easy way to get all your beach stuff down to the beach...you have no choice but to take a flight of stairs...why isn't there a ramp? Everyone has the beach carts filled with their stuff and not everyone has help to carry it. Second biggest complaint was all the boulders in the Ocean...everyone in our group cut up their feet. This was never mentioned. It was horrendous to deal with, so much so that we spent most of the time in the community pool. I will not choose this area again because of that. We wanted a beach vacation...

The house is clean, completely updated and fresh, and is minutes by foot to the ocean and the pool. We lacked for nothing staying here! The owners provided beach towels, bogie boards, a cart and every thing you can think of in this well appointed home. (Even with beautiful original art throughout!) Thank you for a wonderful stay in a gorgeous home!

We rent this home as well as a condo (only a few houses down the street) to accommodate our large family. We love staying here The location is great! The house has everything needed, including beach towels and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great location to the beach, pools, and clubhouse. Not only did we enjoy all the amenities at the resort, there were many things to do outside it. One of the best things we did was go to Blue Springs Park. It was definitely worth the drive. The water felt great. It was so clear and the temperature was perfect for an hot day. We even were able to see a manatee. Our only complaint at the resort is the rocks in the ocean. They limit the activities in the water, such as boogie boarding. You never know when you are going to land on one of these large rocks. I don’t know how they could be removed but that would certainly be a plus. Despite the rocks, next year we will definitely be heading back to Port of the Whale. We love it!
