Stayed Apr 30, 2025This house was perfect! Pictures online are accurate to the property. The dock and waterway were so relaxing to sit and watch the birds, turtles and small fish. There were beautiful blooming banana trees on the property. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024So many excellent aspects of this rental such as the incredible communication.... providing detailed info and super quick responses to any questions I had. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom. It was so peaceful overlooking the canal. It was a special treat watching the sunset and the birds settle in for the evening. The sunroom was a perfect place to read, play cards and take a nap. If we ever need a place to stay in Port Charlotte, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for what we were visiting for. If we ever need a place again we would definitely stay at this location. My only negative would be the mattress were not that great, but that’s personal choice. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Pros: Nice house comfortable furniture reasonable price fishing poles plenty of pillows and blankets Cons: A/C locked on 75 microwave and drawer at bottom of stove were dirty Overall it’s a nice place and if it’s available next time I’m in the area I’ll book it again

Stayed Oct 24, 2023This is a beautiful little home that would be perfect for any small group that can share a one bathroom property. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy television in the living room or the view in the spacious air conditioned sun room. Everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen as well as all your beach needs are provided. We would highly recommend this property.
