Port Charlotte Canalfront Home w/ Pool & Dry Bar!

We loved the home. It was exceptionally well equipped and made relaxing a breeze. Pool was great. We did a lot of lounging around. Will book again.

The whole family really loved the home and pool. The rooms were great; being able to do laundry after baseball games and the beaches was a plus. Will differently book again when in the area, we enjoyed every day spent.

We had a wonderful holiday and the villa was amazing. It was really well equipped and had everything we needed. We paid for pool heating and it was really worth it - great for the kids who swam every day. We had worried that the villa was a bit further from Port Charlotte than we usually rented but the journey was easy and didn't take long. We would definitely recommend this villa and book it again ourselves if we visit Florida again.

This home is perfect, the massive wall of patio doors welcome you with beautiful sunshine and fresh breeze the moment you walk in. The layout of the house is ideal for families with the bedrooms and bathroom opposite of the master suite and the construction is solid. Even with the kids up all night, playing music in the pool, we slept well. The kids bathroom goes straight out/in to the pool so they never had to track water or sunscreen anywhere else in the house. Usually we dine out most meals on vacation, but this time we actually preferred staying home! We grilled every evening on the patio while the kids swam and could eat outside at the table, or the pool bar, without any sign of bugs. The landscaping allows for almost complete privacy and its so quiet at night, you can see the stars. As a type A mom, I loved the convenience of the laundry room right of the garage. Packing and unpacking from the beach was so simple! The grocery (and liquor store) are a few minutes away, and on the way home from the beach; its almost too convenient. We tried several of the beaches; our favorite was Boca Grande. We swam with manatees almost daily. The beach is also great for shelling and there is a lovely bar/restaurant on the beach should you decide to skip packing a lunch. Highly recommend the Sunset Dolphin Tour with Lemon Tours, magical.

The property was very nice! It was a bit of a time to get there but once we did we found everything within the range we had at home. It was a very nice and clean house and was everything as advertised!

The house was a perfect fit for us. The snacks/water on the table were a great touch. Quiet area, nice interior, furnishings and pool were enjoyed.

OK - After a long day of travel, we arrived at the house around 11p. We were exhausted but upon entering, we all got a second wind just taking it all in. The home is immaculate! Very clean, decorated like a professionally staged home and the layout is awesome with plenty of room to spread out. We were a group of 6 total - two moms and four 18 year old girls so this house was perfect for us -- it was a plus to have the master away from the other bedrooms. All the amenities were available for our use. The kitchen and pantry were complete with new appliances and small wares to pretty much make anything we wanted. The pool was a plus. It was nice to swim after a day of exploring or a day at the beach - and having the big screen TVs right in the pool/bar area was a bonus! We watched music videos and movies right from the pool and bar. To see four 18 year old girls enjoy the pool, beach, play board games, help make meals, and NOT focus on their phones for extended periods, was delightful!! There were more than enough plush beach towels, coolers, toys and floaties to enjoy both the pool and beach. One thing of importance but not often mentioned in reviews, is the sleeping accommodations! The mattresses and pillows were HEAVENLY comfortable! All in, this home is the bomb! We were well informed by owners, property manager/concierge of things to do and must sees. We checked off every box on the list plus more. This was one of our most memorable vacations! We will certainly be back! WISH THE STAY WAS LONGER TO ENJOY MORE TIME IN THIS FABULOUS HOME!

We throughly enjoyed staying at this house. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the kitchen tools needed. The pool and lanai were perfect! The neighborhood is very nice. The location is convenient, 15-20 minutes from beaches and golf courses. We will stay there again!

This home made for the perfect get away for our family. Beautifuly decorated, well maintained and everything needed ready to settle right into vacation and a home base in a quiet tranquil neighborhood for all the activities the Port Charlotte area has to offer from the exquisite beaches to the world class fishing and top notch golf. With 5 kids our vacations are usually go, go, go, keep them too busy but with all this home provided from the pool to the board games excellent kitchen and ample cozy spaces there was no need for a vacation from the vacation. Seven days and not one I'm bored.!! We loved it so much we extended our stay another day.
