Great House! Lots of room and everything you need for a nice get away!!

Todd is a great host! Welcomed us, provided easy access, and checked in with us to ensure all was good. The house is well appointed and was a great place for our family of 8 to hang out for a couple of days. Bonus points for garage, pool table, and hot tub!

Very nice facility and Todd was quick to communicate with answers to questions. We enjoyed the pool table and large screen TV on the lower level.

We traveled to Saugatuck to attend our son's wedding and booked the Porch Swing property for lodging. The home was clean and bright and full of enjoyable amenities. Owner Todd was helpful with both checking into the home along with our departure. We plan on returning to Saugatuck again next year and hope to secure the Porch Swing home for our trip.

The house met all of our needs. We came to the area for our son’s wedding and had several cars since people were coming from different directions and/or at different times. The driveway accommodated all of the vehicles and the house easily held 7 adults. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and we appreciated the 11:00 am check out time so we did not feel rushed leaving. We would definitely stay again.

Nice property, clean and well equipped. The only issues were spotty internet and the master bedroom bed did not have sheets or pillow cases, Would recommend this property for large families. We used the property as a base for golfing, 7 older adults.

Todd was a great host and the property was very spacious.

Recommend having dish clothes. Listing changed that Netflix is not available.

Stayed here with my family and really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, well equipped and spacious for the whole family. Todd the host was very responsive, helpful and organized. Would definitely stay here again.

The space was perfect for multiple families with bedrooms on first floor and basement. Backyard is beautiful. We loved the pool table. Instructions for things are clear and the owner is wonderful and easy to communicate with. We visited Holland, South Haven, and Saugatuck, so the central location was perfect! Neighborhood was beautiful for walking and could walk to the ice cream shop! Loved the dunes ride down the road! Only “complaint” was that the basement was freezing, so we turned the air off. Well-stocked all around for the home (kitchen, toilet paper, towels, blankets, detergents, etc.) Always nice when you don’t have to worry about those things!

It was wonderful working with Todd, and the house was perfect for a family vacation bringing our adult children and grandchildren together from 4 states! The house is set up with everything for an infant which made travel so much easier. The screened porch was liovely in the mornings and the fire pit was a great place to gather at the end of the day! Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like we were at home We would love to go back again - it was just what we were looking for!!

Porch Swing was clean and comfortable; a perfect location for our wedding weekend. Close to Saugatuck village, close to Felt Estate, minutes to Holland. Our group of 9 had a comfortable, quite stay. A couple restaurants, a mini market/gas station, and a day-pass gym were located near the house. We had a wonderful visit!

We enjoyed everything about the home. There were family ranging from 5 - 68. Plenty of parking even with our Canada family staying in their motorhome. Per Todds approval. Stayed up laughing and talking till at least 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. My teenage Granddaughters loved the hot tub. The kitchen was roomy with plenty of bowls, silverware etc...and 3 women cooking for a potluck at another family's rental. It's a 5 star for sure!! Thank you Todd.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house in Saugatuck. They had all the amenities that you would need in the house. great kitchen appliances, a fun downstairs with a pool table, and a lovely outdoors with a fire pit. We didn't use the hot tub but that is accessible as well. Not far from any of the points of interest that we traveled to during the trip. Disc golf course in biking distance. All in all would recommend for a group of 8 adults with some kids.

Our family had an AMAZING stay! Hot tub -Amazing!!! Friends and our family made some amazing memories in this house! Host was very responsive!!! Our 12 y/o forgot a very sentimental stuffed animal and owner shipped to us!! FIVE STARS!!

We stayed here for a family event in Holland. We had ten adults from 18-82. There is space for people to spread out and participate in different activities. The big table is great for board games and puzzles. Easy to have one group at the dining table, others in the living room, a couple of people playing pool, and others watching football in the family room. It was snowy, so we didn't use the hot tub or fire pit. We did enjoy the gas fireplace. The location was only 10 minutes from my dad's house on the south side of Holland.

We were in Saugatuck for our son's wedding over an extended weekend and the Porch Swing was absolutely fantastic! It is located outside the busyness of Saugatuck, nestled on a quiet country lot but, you're close enough to easily go downtown for shopping and restaurants. The age ranges for the family ranged from 21yrs to 72yrs and we all fit comfortably. The Porch Swing was very clean with fun decor throughout. Todd was amazing to work with. I highly recommend a stay at his place!

This house was perfect. Great layout for the family with plenty of things to do. It was very clean and ready to go. Host was super responsive on questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Saugatuck! And we especially loved this house! As a group of six friends from college, this house was perfect for us! The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We did do some cooking, and we were able to find everything we needed. The two living areas were great for conversing or watching tv. We enjoyed the enclosed porch too! Todd was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful to us! We also loved the location! It was close to the Dune Rides, the interstate, and not far from downtown. It's located on a quiet street! We would definitely stay here again!

Close to nearby attractions and plenty of things to do. Todd is a great manager, always responded quickly to our concerns. Great for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Enjoyed our weeklong stay.

We had a great time. The house was as advertised the area was nice, with shopping and vineyards to visit.
