PETS: We are pet friendly and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night plus tax. This will be included in your reservation total prior to booking if pets are included in your reservation. If you need any help adding pets after your trip is booked, please do not hesitate to let us know! Pet fees are due in full prior to your check in date. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

    Several family members had to fly into Knoxville late in the eve so we used the house as a meeting spot for 1 night . The house was exactly what was needed and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time if we were to stay in the area .

    This rental was great. The description was accurate. The location was wooded and there was some noise from nearby train tracks and highways. The house is on a lot with three other rentals all private homes with the Slightly steep shared driveway. I would recommend this house to others.

    I and some lifelong friends recently enjoyed staying at this house for a Vols football game, and our experience was exceptional. The property and its surroundings thrilled us from the moment we arrived. We have been going to Knoxville for 17 years for a yearly game. This year, this house made it that much better! Location: The rental house was set in a quiet setting, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown—a quick 15 minutes from Neyland. Accommodations: The house itself was beautifully maintained, and it was evident that great care had been taken in its upkeep. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a cakewalk, and the living area was a welcoming space to socialize and watch Football. We were also impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided. Outdoor Spaces: One of the highlights of this rental house was its outdoor spaces. The expansive deck featured comfortable seating and a barbecue grill and hot tub. We spent our evenings enjoying drinks and the firepit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and this rental house exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, and it was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. This contributed to our overall sense of comfort and relaxation during our stay. Communication and Hospitality : The property owner and the property manager were both incredibly responsive and accommodating. They gave us all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and stay. Our questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
