This place was fantastic. The house was so cute, and extremely comfortable. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, but still convenient to the beach and shopping/restaurants. We had zero complaints, and will stay there again for sure. Loved it!!

Best place to vacation

This was a beautiful home and tastefully decorated! Very comfy and homey! We had a group of 7 and everyone was comfortable! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property has a very nice pool, with beach towels and and chairs. The beach is within walking distance, or short drive with parking areas. Communication needs were quickly responded too. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The property was in a convenient location to the beach and the city. The house was very clean and they had even put sand with beach chairs for photo prop.

The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. We had a great day.

Great stay! The house was in a great location—super close to everything we wanted to do. It was also very clean from top to bottom, which made arriving feel really nice. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

House was comfy and clean, they even decorated for Christmas. Wonderful neighborhood and super close to the beach.

Very clean, comfortable beds, host was very responsive. Perfect place for what we wanted to do.

Keypad on door is challenging-the code we were given didn’t work. Reached out to housekeeper who provided us with her code to use. It worked IF you pressed the numbers firmly-but not great. Yard wasn’t mowed and made the property look bad. Some areas of flooring need attention. The day we arrived we found a LARGE dead bug(roach?) in the walk in closet of the master bedroom. Pool area was nice. There should be some additional basic supplies provided-ie, paper towels, dishwasher detergent and more shampoo/conditioner.

Check in was easy peasy. Kitchen is great for family get away. All you need are the ingredients.

We stayed with a family of 4. This home had more than enough space for us. We loved the location and the pool. Very clean with all the things we needed. It was nice having beach stuff too; umbrellas, cooler, chairs. We would stay again.

The house and pool were just what we needed. The bed pillows were very firm. I need a fluffy, squishy pillow for my neck. I had a neck issue the whole time I was there. On each bed there should be two different kind of pillows. Just a suggestion. Or keep one in the closet for people like me with neck and back issues. The hangers were a nice surprise. The beach chairs and umbrellas were convenient.

Perfect Location

We just stayed here to celebrate our twin daughters turning 16! We also had my young niece and nephew (5 & 6). This house and pool coupled with the perfect location made it so easy to spend the day shark tooth hunting (went just stayed close to Sharkeys) and then come home to swim in the pool! Weand hang out!

Hands down the best rental we've ever had!This home exceeded all our expectations in every way. It was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful touches throughout—fans in every room, sound machines, high-quality kitchen items (including spices we really appreciated), matching silverware, ice trays and packs, laundry detergent (possibly left by a previous guest but still appreciated), and absolutely everything you could need for the beach. Extra beach and bath towels were plentiful, and I could go on and on with how many little extras were included.The house was spotless and clearly very well taken care of. Communication was flawless—both the booking agent and the cleaner/property manager were responsive and helpful every step of the way.We loved eating at Sharky’s and walking the pier—both were a highlight of our stay. The beach is definitely within walkable distance , but with smaller children, it was just a bit far for comfort. That said, we had a great time searching for shark teeth during the day and relaxing at the pool in the afternoons.This place is perfect for a single family, a large family, extended family, or even a group of close friends. We can’t wait to come back again!

We loved staying on this property. It’s immaculately clean, the pool is refreshing, and the location is central to so many things (downtown, beaches, restaurants).

Great location. Beach couple blocks away-walkable which is a plus for us. During spring break traffic is heavy so we can walk to beach or historic downtown or to local restaurants.Rented e-bikes for a few days and explored.

We all enjoyed the house especially the area where it was located. It was very quiet and relaxing to enjoy the pool throughout the day. All the stores and restaurants were easily accessible by car.

Great place for our short visit for my dad’s 80th birthday! Everyone enjoyed the accommodations and the kids loved the pool. We would have loved to stay longer.

Great home in a convenient location to everything. Bike or walk to everything. Pool is perfect after a day out. Amy was helpful and communicated with us all along our stay with great suggestions for actives or events in the area. Happy to find this home.

I have stayed at several VRBO's and this house was the cleanest we've ever stayed at! Immaculate was the word I used to my family who live near this property. Everything is updated and had every amenity you could want. I will be staying at this property for all my future visits. Thank you Amy and team!!!

My mom and I stayed at the Villa for a week and it was amazing!!! Perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, very clean and cozy! Updated throughout and the pool/outdoor space was fantastic. The Villa is located in a great neighborhood-safe, fun and quiet BUT close to awesome hotspot restaurants, the beach and great shopping/ nightlife on Venice avenue. 12/10 recommend will definitely stay again!!

Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation. We had a minor issue that was promptly addressed and rectified by the property manager.Overall, we enjoyed the home. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean. Not related to the house, but the beach there is amazing. We hope to book again!

Such a cute house! Way bigger than we expected and plenty of room! The kids loved the pool and the lizards everywhere outside. We even had a little frog that stayed on the front porch during our stay. Definitely will come back and stay here again.
