Stayed Dec 24, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in poplar cottage Great place to stay with your family Just make sure to get more drinking water as mentioned properly has boar water and Local shops time are limited Overall great place to stay would have been nice with 2nd toilets House is warm and comfy

Stayed Mar 15, 2025We had a lovely stay in Sandy Point. Poplar Cottage was simple but comfortable and pleasant. A quiet location with a gentle walk to the beach. The welcomed day of rain really freshened up the garden and all of the coastline. Would love to stay again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Had a lovely break at the property.Some nice renovations have been made to the older property. Split system kept the front of the house cool despite the warm weather.Shortish walk to the beautiful Sandy Beach beach.The house itself has a few rough edges (such as floor tiles not flush, and older outer buildings) but on the whole it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
