The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to prepare a quick snack for the family or a romantic dinner for two, which you can enjoy either in the dining room, or on the large screened balcony. The living room invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screen smart TV. Free WiFi throughout.

Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc. These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
