Welcome to The Poolside Retreat! This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home artfully blends comfort and style, creating an experience that caters to every guest's needs. Each spacious bedroom is tastefully furnished, offering plush bedding and a sense of serenity for restful nights. The living area invites relaxation, with cozy seating and ambient lighting perfect for unwinding or gathering together.

Step outside to an oasis designed for every moment. Relax by the pool, soak inthe hot tub, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. A charming gazebo offers the perfect spot for outdoor meals, surrounded by nature’s beauty.



Indoors, the entertainment room is packed with games for endless fun and laughter. A dedicated workspace ensures you can focus and be productive if work calls. For those who love to stay active, a dedicated gym room provides everything you need for a refreshing workout.
The fully equipped kitchen provides ample space to cook favorite recipes.

BEDROOMS
Four beautifully decorated bedrooms and an additional sleeping space
All beds come with memory foam mattresses

- The entertainment room has a pull-out queen couch

There is a pack n play in the master bedroom closet. Please remeber to pack your own sheets for the pack n play.

The 2 king bedrooms and the queen bedroom has 55 inch ROKU TVs installed.

- 1 half bathroom (main level)
Each bathroom is equipped with cabinet space, bath essentials and hair dryer

LIVING ROOMS
The home comes with 2 living areas, both tastefully decorated.
One of the living spaces also comes with a record player. We hope you enjoy the collection of vinyl albums - we have an eclectic mix of artists and genres. Please be gentle in handling the records!

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bake and dine. There is an assortment of pots and pans, baking dishes and toaster for your use. Basic spices have been provided for your convenience.

There are enough dishes for 12 in the cabinets.

The kitchen also has kid-friendly dishes and silverware.

Important Note: As this is a pool house, we prioritize safety and do not provide glass drinkware. Instead, we offer special acrylic glasses for water and wine. Due to regular dishwasher use, these glasses may occasionally have a cloudy haze. Please rest assured that they are thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning team for each guest’s arrival.

DINING ROOM
We have a large dining table which can accommodate 8 individuals. Two additional chairs are also available for your use.

There is a table in the lower level that can accommodate 4

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
Relax and watch a show or movie on the 75 inch TV. There is also a selection of board games and books for you to choose from in the accent shelf in the room. There is also a table for 4 where you can sit and enjoy the board games.

HOME GYM AND KID'S PLAY ROOM
There is a home gym with a exercise bicycle, a yoga mat and free weights for your to stay active during your stay.

The room also has several kids books and toys and a space for your little ones to relax and unwind.

GAME ROOM
The game room on the main level has a large 55 inch TV to watch your favorite sports or enjoy a game of pool, foosball or air hockey with your friends and family.

POOL AND HOT TUB
The pool and hot tub are some of the highlights of the home. The pool is fenced for your safety and is 5 ft deep all around. The hot tub accommodates 3 persons.
The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October, depending on the weather. The hot tub is available year-round.
There are pool noodles and float toys available for your use during the stay.
Please make sure to read the house rules and pool rules before using the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times in and near the water.
The pool and hot tub are serviced weekly by a pool service company - they come by on Tuesday during business hours. The service appointment typically lasts for 30 minutes and depending on their work, you may not be able to use the pool or hot tub for 2-3 hours. The cleaning ensures that the pool and hot tub are safe and clean for your use. We will provide you a heads up if the service company will be coming by during your stay.

Please note that since it is an outdoor pool, there is occasionally organic debris like leaves and petals in the water. Please feel free to use the pool cleaning net to remove such debris if you feel necessary. The pool service company does not come for additional cleaning to remove natural debris.

If there is an accident in the pool that requires cleaning, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for the pool maintenance company to perform a supplemental clean. Please note that an additional cleaning charge of $100 will apply for this service.

TV
There are 4 ROKU TVs in the home.

LAUNDRY
The laundry area is in the small room in the basement. There is a washer and dryer available for your use. We also provide complimentary dishwasher pods. There is an ironing board and iron available for your use in the closet in the upstairs corridor, across from the queen bedroom.

CLEANING
We have a local company service our home prior to your stay. If something is not up to the mark, please bring it to our attention by text or through the booking platform within 6 hours of arriving. This allows up to address the issue and bring it up to our standard. Our crews thrive on positive feedback. Please send us any compliments or add them to your review.

PEST CONTROL
The home receives regular pest control to keep the yard and home as pest free as possible. Please understand the possibility of seeing them in and around the home as they tend to creep in on all sorts of things. If you spot something, please let us know immediately so we can determine if an emergency call to the pest control is needed. Please help us by keeping the doors and windows closed whenever possible to the prevent them from sneaking in.


House Rules

Please make sure to review these rules and share them with all the members of the group. Any violation of the house rules will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refunds.

1) Check-in time is between 4pm - 12 am.

2) Check-out time is 11am

3) No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 6am. Any violation will result in cancelation without refunds.

4) Only the people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No extra/ additional guests are allowed.

5) No smoking or vaping allowed and no use of illegal drugs on the property. A smoke treatment fee of $1000 will be charged for violations

6) We are a pet-friendly home. We charge an additional fee of $150 to cover for cleaning charges. Please notify us if you are bringing a pet.
