They had so much room and it was nicely decorated. This condo is conveniently located right next to the pool which was great for snacks and drinks. We will definitely visit again!

Celebrated Mothers Day at North Padre. Really enjoyed the accomodations at Augies Escape. Everything was just as described in the description. Everything was clean and spotless. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool after being on the beach all day. Would definately stay here again. If I can make one suggestion, swap the shower head out in the master bath to one like you have in the hall bath. There is just not enough pressure from the master bath shower to wash the soap out of your hair. We all used the hall bath and it worked great. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

The beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for keeping our clothes clean and dry. The location of the unit was perfect, facing the pool and close to the beach . The controls on the dryer were at the end of my outstretched arm. I had to stand on a chair to be able to set/use the dryer. This is not feasible or safe for everyone. It would render some vacationers unable to use the dryer.

We always returned, not to this particular unit but to the property. We booked this reservation back in January I believe. Days before our arrival date, we received a notice that the pool area would be closed for resurfacing but we could use the pool in the adjacent property. We were okay with that. Our unit and my son's unit are right by the pool. The noise level was horrible, we could not sit on the porch because of all the dust, and when we walked out of our unit, the sanding equipment would splash gritty junk on us. When we asked why they didn't just give us another unit since they knew beforehand what resurfacing entails, the Property Management replied that we were told ahead of time and it was the fine print in the contract we signed regarding HOA rights when construction is taking place. There were not that many units that were in use during the weekdays we were there. Basically, the property management did not care. As I said, we have been there over the years but we will not be returning and we will not recommend this place. It is sad that they would treat returning customers this way. This complaint has nothing to do with the unit we stayed in but the property management is totally unprofessional and could care less about the clients.

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. The place was clean, instructions during our stay were there along with all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfy. We made dinner and breakfast there. Plates, silverware, glassware, coffee pot, and cookware were all there for our convenience. We loved it! Wish we had time to stay longer! We’ll definitely be back again!

The place was big enough for us,and though not too fancy was comfortable with nice appliances and they even had some kids toys and beach paraphernalia in a storage area like beach chairs, ice chest that was much appreciated. The kids loved the pools close by and the beach was not too far. Overall a nice visit enjoyed by all.
