This beautifully renovated 3+2 Pool/Spa mid-century modern home boasts a great location and phenomenal San Jacinto mountain views on a large privately gated lot in a quiet neighborhood.

Thoughtful, but not fussy, this 1960s desert getaway offers a mix of traditional mid-century and bohemian modern finishes. Updates include handmade Zellige tile, premium fixtures and Japanese waffle towels in both bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf and Subzero appliances. Each bedroom has French doors opening to the yard, with comfortable furniture, premium linens and Contemporary Art features.

Enjoy outdoor living in a beautiful, private and secure yard, with pool, over-sized spa and commercial gas grill for outdoor dining. Colorful umbrellas, chaise lounges, and fluffy Turkish pool towels upgrade your tanning, swimming, napping, and reading experience. The outdoor layout includes plenty of seating, dining tables, and gaming options. Mature citrus trees bring grapefruits and limes to breakfast and poolside cocktails. Spend evenings around the gas-powered fire pit or stargaze into the night sky without a single wire obstructing your view.

GREAT LOCATION: Walk to various dining, entertainment and shopping options. The Margaritaville Resort, Toucans, Albertson's, Stater Brothers, 1501 Gastro Pub to name a few. Just a couple of minutes drive or a short Uber ride from downtown Palm Springs.

ENTERTAINMENT: The living room and bedrooms are equipped with Roku-enabled TVs, so bring your favorite viewing Apps. Puzzles, trivia and board games for relaxed family fun.

UTILITIES / POOL HEAT / HOME HEAT / AC:
A generous utilities allowance is built into the rates. It should be adequate for heating the pool to 86F and heating the home to 70F in cooler months, and cooling the home to 78F in warmer months keeping the doors closed when using heating or cooling. We reserve the right to withhold funds from the deposit should utilities usage be excessive.

    This property is exactly as stated and more! The beds were comfortable, pool was clean and heated!! We had no issues at all getting in and out, felt safe and had great communication throughout our stay. My kids loved the cabinet full of board/card games as well as the corn hole board outside. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Palm Springs!

    My family truly enjoyed staying at this vacation home. We loved the house, which was comfortable, had a great layout and a great connection to the beautifully landscaped yard with mature palm trees and other fragrant, flowering desert plants. When we weren't exploring Palm Spring we really enjoyed lounging by the pool and hot tub. The owner's good aesthetic sense was evident in the furniture choices and with the cool art collection hanging throughout the house. And, Garth, the property manager was incredibly helpful and had several delicious restaurant recommendations.

    We had a great stay at this little gem and Garth was excellent with communication. The design of the house inside and outside is gorgeous (artwork and pillows galore) and the kitchen is unusually well-equipped. Pool/gardens in back were beautiful. To consider: The bathrooms are somewhat small and shelving in 2 of 3 bedrooms is very limited (and with awkward hanging shelves in closets at that). Just 2 of us (admittedly with a lot of stuff) expanded to use both bathrooms and space in 2 closets. But I would imagine that clothing storage space could easily become a challenge with 4-6 people. Overall a wonderful stay, particularly if you're a smaller group or just a couple.

    This place was perfect for our 2 week stay in Palm Springs. The pool was amazing and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything including hiking, downtown restaurants, and parks. The kitchen is really well stocked and has everything you would need. Communication with Garth was great as well. Would definitely stay here again.

    Great stay in Palm Springs at this modern mid-century home (or small resort as my kids call it)! Property is newly remodeled and the private pool plus hot tub spa was fantastic for spring break family trip! Great location near downtown Palm Springs plus walking distance to coffee and grocery store. Owners were very helpful and the house is set up great for short term stay with plenty of games, kitchen supplies, outdoor grill and even yoga mat for morning stretch by pool. Lovely place!

    My wife and I had a long President’s Day weekend at the property. The house was appointed very nicely and served our purposes well. However, the pool/sauna and outdoor space was like heaven. When we were out there, it felt as if we did not have a care in the world. I cannot tell you how relaxing the trip was. Garth was super-responsive throughout the check-in process and provided some great dining suggestions and things to do during our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. It was a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend the property.

    Our stay was here was more than we could have dreamed. My spouse and I stayed a week for our anniversary and it was perfect. The property itself is beautifully appointed and the outdoor area is the most relaxing and wonderfully maintained space. The location was perfect for our needs as well. Garth was incredibly welcoming and was quick to reply when needed. Of all the properties we've stayed in over the years, this is by far our favorite and we look forward to returning for our anniversary next year.
