Poolside Oasis - Ask about snowbird specials!

Nice property with some bumps in the road. If you're looking for 5 stars this isn't it. It is a nice property with a need for some cosmetic updates. Our good: We had an issue with the pool when we arrived & the property manager was very helpful. They were in communication with us through that & sorting out a package we ordered. The house is spacious so it worked well for our large group. The neighborhood is quiet & once the pool was fixed it was a nice place to relax. There were plenty of towels for a group. The area is near food & shopping. Things to note: Do not count on the sleeper as it is paper thin. There isn't enough seating in the living room for bigger groups. There are also birds living in the boarded fireplace so there will be noise that may affect any animals you bring. The house seems like it isn't kept up with. Cosmetic things varied but the big things for us were a broken trim on the master tub which can scrape if you aren't careful, a broken back stair which gives way so you need to skip it, & the air quality (we thought it was allergies or something) but the blinds were very dusty, the air filter hadn't been changed and was thick with dust & at least 2 air vents had mold all over. We tried talking with the property manager at check out hoping to see a response that they would take care of it, the very responsive person suddenly had no response. We weren't asking for anything as our stay was up, just assurance it would be taken care of for future guest.

This house was lovely with lots of room. The inground pool was also very nice. We came down for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay.I wanted to add that the neighbors were wonderful! Our little Shih Tzu got out of the house. We had one neighbor let us know that she had been posted on the neighborhood Facebook group by another neighbor. This lovely lady took wonderful care of our girl and we were so appreciative of this. We would stay here again.

My family's recent stay at 113 Riverwood Road, was a decent experience, but there were a few aspects that could use improvement.The BNB is located in a lovely residential community surrounded by nature and greenery, which creates a nice atmosphere.The decor in the rooms has a modern feel, but I found that some areas could have been better maintained. While generally clean, I noticed a few spots that seemed to require more attention.The coffee station was a welcomed addition, and the free Wi-Fi worked well, which is always a plus.The location is convenient for family activities. It was easy to explore Brunswick and St. Simon's Island which was definitely a highlight of our trip.The hosts were friendly, and answered my questions within a reasonable timeline. Overall if you're looking for a simple and quiet stay, this might suit your needs. However, I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of pool offerings, backyard oasis, and overall upkeep. It was a nice getaway surrounded by convenience and nature.

my friends and I stayed over halloween weekend and we had a BLAST! ample room for everyone, cute neighborhood, and the house had everything we needed to have a good time!

The neighborhood is peaceful and the pool is always a good touch for an afternoon swim. The beach is 30 mins away and the town / beach area is not overly crowded. Dollar general around the block and a grocery store 5 mins down the road. Definitely a nice place to go at a reasonable price.

My family and i loved it here! The pool was amazing considering how hot the weather was outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Brunswick or nearby cities.

We had a wonderful experience. The house is very big and spacious. The beds are firm and extremely comfortable. The showers were great. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was so nice and available any time. Overall, this place was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend staying here!

The house is large and has big open rooms with plenty of room to gather which was great for the four teenagers we had with us. The pool was very nice and very popular with our group. Everything we needed was close by, and access to St. Simon's and Jekyll was quick and easy. Property owners were very communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great trip!

Stayed for a week, was able to use the pool on the nice days. Subdivision was very nice. Lots to do in the area.
