Stayed Aug 9, 2020The location of the property is a big plus. It is close enough to the beach that you can walk since we couldn't drive the golf cart on the beach. The big downside was the floor in the kitchen. It is stain concrete which was nice but something had gone terribly wrong in the kitchen. No matter how much I mopped, it was still sticky as if grease had been spilled.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Enjoyed the Pool. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable.I would say they need to advise there are no extra dish towels, no oven mitts, nor salt & pepper. Most places stock those items.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Never stayed anywhere that felt and smelled so clean. The beds and pillows smelled so clean. First time I didn’t change into my own sheets and pillows. Even though the condos are so close together didn’t hear anything from anyone outside or beside. Will definitely stay here again. Loved being so close to the beach too

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 3 different times and have had a comfortable experience. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a few supplies for washing dishes and laundry.It is right by the pool yet quiet enough inside.The best feature is this is the only unit that has 2 full sized beds in the second bedroom. This is perfect for adults.It is a short drive - like 1/2 mile from the beach. Well maintained property and PadreEscapes does a great job to make sure your experience is good!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, and glasses in the unit. The unit had the typical amount of trash bags and toilet paper that come with vacation rentals. There were only some minor issues during our stay that kept me from giving a 5 star review. The Master Bathroom shower would not get hot. The Roku in the 2nd bedroom would not connect to the network, even after multiple attempts and restarts. In my book, very minor issues. The pool is AMAZING, but the images are somewhat misleading. The pool with the kid splash pad is at the other property, but the pool in front of the unit has a kiddie pool, so it evens out in my book. The location isn't far from the beach, and the local DG and Circle K's are just a short drive away. The place is relatively inexpensive for the area, and there's no 3-5 night minimum like a lot of places. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I wouldn't mind staying there again next summer.
