Stayed Jan 25, 2026We had an amazing stay. Everything was so clean and spacious. Our favourite part was the backyard. We loved the pool and spent most of our week there. The outdoor furniture was so comfortable!

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in an upscale and very quiet neighborhood. The pool and backyard with built in BBQ & fridge, fire pit, and real grass were great for our family group. Plenty of pool toys and towels were available. The home was spacious and exceptionally clean. We did have to do a load of towels as there were only a few hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. Multiple routine maintenance-type items need attention for future guests to be more comfortable, and these were brought to the manager's attention. We opted to not have any maintenance done during our visit. Our manager Shanna was so gracious and quick to respond.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025The house was clean and conveniently located to Westworld and TPC along with many other great attractions in the north Scottsdale area. Communication with management was easy helpful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our contact for the property was wonderful! Kind, helpful and quick to respond. The property was lovely, spacious yet warm and inviting. The children enjoyed the little extra touches of toys, pool floaties and bags. The kitchen was so well equipped for our stay with everything we needed. Thank you for making our family vacation seamless and pleasant.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had an issue with another rental and needed to find something last minute. Thankfully this house was available and saved our week visiting our daughter at GCU. There was a ton of space for our family of 7 to spread out and the backyard and pool were amazing. Great open layout, super comfortable furniture and plenty of beds for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to everything your could need. Shanna was super easy and responsive to work with and we'll defintely be looking to book this place for future trips.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Large spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and beautiful kitchen, pool and outdoor area with lots of seating outside. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and it was fun to walk to restaurants, Starbucks etc. only a mile or so away!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Three families with kids 8m-13years old stayed together at this wonderful home. Very clean, spacious, great location. Could use a few more kitchen cooking utensils (e.g. couldn’t find a cheese grater, could use another pot and baking tray), but overall a fantastic stay. The heated pool option was awesome and well used. Kids rated the trip one of their favourites so far (and the adults agreed)!

Stayed Dec 8, 2023Overall the property was great. We did not like the fact that we had to stream tv on our own accounts..which I don’t do!! Also, the hot water capacity feel short on occasion and the temperature on the hot water was too too low.
