Stayed Dec 23, 2025The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. Unfortunately during our stay we had trouble with ants in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as the faucet in the downstairs bathroom. We attempted to call the property manager several times and left voicemails but never got a call back. We took care of the ants with bug spray but it took time away from our vacation.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025The property was great, and the location on the quiet north side of the island in Cayman Kai is perfect for anyone looking to just relax, unwind, and enjoy “island time” way of life. We rented an extra kayak and SUP, which we used everyday with ease. Just a short little drag down to the water from the patio door and we were in the water!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025the condo was beautiful we loved it, and we loved the location as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. One teeny tiny nitpick for the owner (and this is just a small suggestion--they could use some hooks outside to hang up wet beachwear and towels to dry). Other than that, it was perfect and we had a great experience.

Stayed May 17, 2025What a great location. Out of the bustle of Seven Mile, but plenty of amenities and local flavors nearby. We love the North Side. It’s a haul to get there but the drive is lovely on the way and totally worth it when you unpack the car. The ferry is an easy transport option to Camana Bay (and a great way to get more time on the water!) and all the charters will pick you up in Kaibo. The private pool was a great bonus and the easy access to Rum Point kept us going back for more mudslides — the best on the island!

Stayed Apr 20, 2025The house was spotlessly clean and just as advertised. My family especially enjoyed the screened in pool area and proximity to rum point and starfish point. We had an amazing week here!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The condo was very spacious and modernized. Having our own pool was a luxury, and the patio was where we basically lived for the week. Loved having the ferry to the west end available within a short walk. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed drinks at the bar. It was our second visit to the Pools and we are happy we returned. One small suggestion is that the finish on the glazed bathroom sinks could be reworked.

Stayed Nov 16, 2024We had the pleasure of staying at Pools of Kai #10 the week of November 16th to the 23rd, and it truly delivered a slice of paradise! If you’re looking for a serene escape on Grand Cayman’s quieter north side, this villa is an excellent choice. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our experience: ? The Villa The pictures online are spot-on—this villa is just as beautiful in person! One thing to note: there’s a pier right outside the back porch. While it’s not a highlight in the listing, it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it came in handy when our private boat charter dropped us off there—super convenient! The upstairs bedroom was a standout: comfortable bed, great views, and an overall cozy vibe. ? The Screened Porch The back screened porch was one of our favorite features. It’s incredibly relaxing and offers a perfect spot to enjoy meals, soak in the beautiful views, or simply unwind in the sunshine. We spent a lot of time here, sipping mimosas in the morning, dining, and letting the peaceful atmosphere take over. ? Amenities The kitchen is well-equipped with most of what you’ll need to whip up a meal. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners, which saved us time and money. Pro tip: stop at a larger grocery store near the airport on your way in. While there’s a small store nearby for essentials, it’s a 45-minute to an hour drive to the larger stores on the south side of the island. Enjoy your stay!

Stayed May 14, 2024The condo is cozy, clean, and accommodating. Relaxed, slow pace stay close to rum point, we took scooters over to rum point beach which is great. Just a walk starfish point. Was from kaibo restaurant. Upstairs at kaibo requires a reservation but is a must. Swanky, classic, gorgeous ship hull motif, roaring twenties vibes with a lovely extensive rum list and fun antiques tied to queen Elizabeth’s visit. Our host Thelda was responsive and great. No issues
