We had an amazing stay at this home! The location is fantastic, walking distance to great restaurants and the beach within minutes, and only about five minutes to the Cove. The yard was perfect for our dogs, and the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out.We especially loved the pool and hot tub area in the front. Even though we didn’t have kids with us, it’s a great setup for families, kids can play safely in the backyard without access to the pool area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, which made our stay even more convenient.The property management team was awesome: attentive, responsive, and always available when we needed anything. We were super pleased with our stay and will definitely be back again soon!

The house had all the amenities we needed - beautiful back and front yard space - loved the house and decor. Beautiful, quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood with beach supplies for our very short walk to the beach to enjoy the sunset!

We loved our stay! The location is wonderful, steps from the beach. Front yard and pool area are fenced in for privacy but still great outdoorsy feel. Lots of seating and shade. Kitchen is well equipped, lots of spices from past visits and utensils to cook a meal though we ordered/catered dinner. Bedrooms are great - mattresses wonderful to sleep on. Very clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Nice to have extra pool towels to use for extended family and also while the other towels were drying in the sun. Laundry area and pool toys were great to use! We had lunch/dinner inside at the large table and also in the backyard on the deck. Two minor things: Could use extra lightbulbs as some were burned out in dining area and master bedroom. Could have also used extra toilet paper. Thank you! Will definitely rebook if future visits and recommend to others heading to San Diego!

Our family including our little dog thoroughly enjoyed this charming home and location. Less than two blocks to Windansea Beach and a nice backyard made this ideal for our needs. We appreciated the touches of original vintage charm that were preserved in the home. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed an amazing Spring break in La Jolla. The house is in a great location just steps from the water in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. It’s beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and we loved having meals on the back deck.

Well appointed home with full kitchen, even a frother. Attached garage, very quiet neighborhood walking distance to beach. Small pool and a hot tub. Grocery shopping within 5 minute drive. As rush hour is south to north in the morning and north to south in the evening, easy access to San Diego attractions during the day. Just 20-25 minute drive to zoo, balboa park, seaport.

If you are looking for a wonderful home with easy access to the San Diego area this is the place. La Jolla was clean and felt very safe. The location of this house could not have been better. It was an easy walk to the beach. (We did not even put our shoes on. :) The pool in the yard is smaller than we thought pictured but ended up being perfect for our family. Our 3 boys 3, 6,and 7 loved it! They even heated it for a nominal extra fee. We were an easy 30 minute drive to all the top sight-seeing areas. I walked to coffee/town on multiple mornings alone and felt completely safe. The house was clean. Beds were comfy. Towels were soft. Access to free laundry was an extra bonus that came in handy. Perfect home for our family to enjoy the city!

Great property! We loved our second visit as much as the first time.

We were 2 adults , a 1yrold and dog. We were able to walk for our meals and walk to the ocean. People were very friendly. The area felt very safe , was beautiful, and quiet. The house had everything we needed and more. This property is extremely well maintained and comfortable. I hope to book this home again when I next visit La Jolla.

Quaint neighborhood home two blocks from Windansea beach nicely appointed with plenty of room for family of seven. Small hiccup with air-conditioning was quickly addressed by management company and resolved within a few days. Close to many attractions. We would rent this place again!
