Stayed Jun 5, 2026Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations, especially given the price point.Shortly after arrival, we received a message emphasizing noise restrictions, no outdoor music after 9 p.m., and prohibitions on parties, gatherings, and unregistered guests. While we fully respect house rules, receiving this message immediately after check-in felt unwelcoming, particularly since we had given no indication these rules would be an issue.One of the main reasons we selected this property was the pool, but we were disappointed to discover it was not heated. The water was so cold that our children did not want to swim, making the pool essentially unusable for our family.The beds were uncomfortable foam mattresses, and several toilet seats were loose and slid during use. The dishwasher was also broken during our stay, creating added inconvenience while preparing meals for our large group.More concerning was a water leak through the ceiling around 5:30 a.m., which required a plumber to investigate. We were told the issue was caused by a backup, despite no backup issues being experienced anywhere in the home. We were also instructed to turn off the water while repairs were being addressed, disrupting our morning and adding further inconvenience.Overall, multiple maintenance and quality issues negatively impacted our stay. We’ve encouraged the owners to address these concerns for future guests.

Stayed Apr 29, 2026This place was stunning! The house is beautiful and kept up wonderfully and there is something for everyone! The garage had an arcade area for the kids (and the big kids) and the bunk room had even more toys for the kids making it wonderful for our family! The layout of the house was amazing too with the bathrooms being close to all the bedrooms or even connected for 2 of the rooms. The house was sparkling clean with plenty of towels for everyone. It was a wonderful stay for our family!

Stayed Apr 16, 2026Everything is 5star. Be mindful of noise for this is a quiet elegant community. Parks nearby for walking, the Marietta square for food , etc.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026This was the best VRBO experience. The house was fabulous, and the host was very attentive. We wished we were staying longer just to enjoy this unique house and all of its amenities.
