The location was perfect and the house was really nice. We had a great time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent. The neighborhood and pools were great. Short walk to the beach but tucked away from the noise. The townhome however could use a little TLC. It was not dirty per say but very worn in. The master bed squeaked with the slightest movement. The screens were broken or missing. Not the most well stocked kitchen I have stayed in and the rug in the living room needs to be replaced. We knew when renting the home it had one bathroom, but it is a tight one bathroom when you have two adults and two kids.

Condo was nice and convenient to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. The accommodations very good. Could use a few minor updates. Sink in downstairs bathroom clogged. One of the bikes had a flat tire which we had repaired. A/C went out once but was repaired quickly. Seems a little worn in general but good. We would probably stay again.

Rental was well-kept up, clean and updated. Washer & dryer were newer, kitchen dishes, pots & pans well-stocked. We loved our time at the Cassine Garden Rental and the people we've met. We plan to return to the same neighborhood next year. Outside screen doors in the front and patio should be replaced, however. Also, mattress in master bedroom was softer than we prefer. Therefore, not as comfortable for us.

The bikes, walk to the beach, close to restaurants, coffee and ice cream! The beds were very comfortable and clean! The pool was a great change from the white beach for a day or two!! I would highly recommend this townhome!! 🏖 it could have used a few more kitchen items but the necessities were there!

Only complaint was that the master suit needs a new mattress & needs a box spring under the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. Also the sliding doors were very hard to open. Great location. Removing trash, starting the dishwasher and leaving the unit tidy did not take a lot of time upon checkout.Couple of items for consideration:The dryer door doesn’t close, so it takes longer to dry clothes than it should. Also, it is a hazard since the dryer does not stop when the door is open.The couch appears to be broken and probably should be replaced. It would be good to let people know beforehand that the third bed is in the closet!It would be nice to have a map of the complex. We found the second pool but only after much effort.
