Pool Table, Massive Balcony, Firepit, & Spacious!

Excellent VRBO... well equipped. Very clean and comfortable.

Stayed with my wife and three kids for new years and had a wonderful experience. Looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the lake. Thanks for a memorable trip

We had a fun family stay at this lakefront home featuring a great kitchen, and a cool downstairs family room, with additional kitchenette, comfy seating, and a pool table! Wish the upper deck cushions in better shape. They need replacing!

Positives: Nice property-big private dock (had a ladder too)-very close to water-quiet neighborhood-lots of kitchen gadgets (coffee too)-roomy-great air-conditioning-extras like roasting sticks, grill & floats were very nice-comfortable furniture inside-pool table was fun-rented a boat for 3 days from local marina & were staying by the lake with a dock so boat rental company dropped off & picked up boat-very convenient-fire pit outside was great. Negatives: Large deck was quite nice however furniture on the deck was really dirty (like it had not been cleaned all summer)-several lights did not work in the house (maybe just burned out bulbs-couldn't reach them) so it was kind of dark (especially the kitchen) & there are so many switches on the walls in every room that it was difficult to figure out what they all controlled-broken tile in the primary bathroom shower had mold growing around it. The inside of the house was quite clean however the caretakers should pay some attention to the outside areas also (as these areas are important to folks in the warm weather months). Overall I would definitely stay at this property again as the positives far out weighed the negatives. We GREATLY appreciated the fact that we were not asked to perform numerous housekeeping tasks before leaving (I have stayed at places where the renters are expected to basically clean the entire house before leaving). We only were asked to take the trash out & start the dishwasher-THANK YOU for that!

We had a family birthday getaway at this wonderful property, and we all agreed that it was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 adults and one infant. The home was very clean and comfortable, with ample bathroom supplies and a full kitchen. The location is private with a large dock area for fishing and sunbathing, and we took advantage of both (as well as the kayak that was available!). The property manager was prompt in answering our questions, and we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor amenities that this property offered. We highly highly recommend!

Great vacation house on the water with dock for boat. House was amazing and we all had a fabulous time.

The property was very clean, and it looked exactly as advertised in the photos. The check-in process was very simple,and Tessa was very responsive to any of my questions. She referred me to a boat rental company, and they called me to set up a boat rental for our stay. This was a great trip for my family!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. Enjoyed a few days of fishing and just relaxing. I would recommend this property to friends and family. The host was very easy to contact and that is important.

I didn't know where to begin. This house was more than we could have asked for. So picturesque as we were lakeside and the house was so cozy. Very spacious and nice layout for our group of eight. Everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. It was so nice to be able to cook one or two meals at home in a fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay a little outside of Charlotte. It's in a secluded, quiet area about 45 minutes away from the airport. Not at all in the city, yet we had plentiful restaurant options.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The home is beautiful and up to date with many great luxury features. This home is well stocked and provided a nice relaxing retreat for my wife and our parents while we visited our family near by. Off the beaten path, but still close to anything you could need. Our host was excellent in communicating with us. We had absolutely no problems while staying here. We would highly recommend this property to others. You won’t be disappointed.
