Communication with and response from host were excellent. A nice home in quiet neighborhood. Convenient location.

The property was absolutely stunning. We would 100% stay there again in the future. It was close to hiking trails, had beautiful views, was quiet, ample room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked. We said multiple times how much we would have loved to own this home.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family getaway. Pool table was a huge hit. Communication with the owner was excellent and helpful throughout our stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would absolutely book again!

Our host, Nick, was great! Super responsive - checked in on us to make sure we were all set -- and even proactively offered early check-in and late check-out, just in case we needed it. The home is really large -- and each bedroom / bathroom is large and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make it a great stay!

Nick is great and had fabulous communication. We felt like it was a home away from home. Very comfortable and a great place for a large family.

The pool is older and had no handrail which made it very difficult to get in and out safely. The pool needs deep cleaning limescale on the tiles. The pool lights didn't work at night.The couch in main area so worn the cushions were flat. So much limescale on glass shower in master bath shower. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fine and had everything we needed.So overall, an average experience.

We enjoined our stay as the house provided enough rooms and the general space for everyone in our party of six. The private pool, kitchen, and three bathrooms were a plus!

We had an excellent stay! The house was spacious for our group of six. We all had our own rooms and plenty of bathrooms. All the amenities of home! Plus, Nick was great to communicate with.

Place was perfect and everything was there, from clean rooms to necessities to pool towels by the door. Would stay again

Beautiful home that worked great for our three adult couples. The kitchen was awesome with it's massive island. Host Nick went above and beyond with communication and even came to help with the TV when we had trouble figuring it out. Would definitely recommend!!

Great property close to the track with easy access to shopping. When we go back to Phoenix will definitely look this one up again.

My family and I thought the property was great and we probably didn't take advantage of all the amenities but we enjoyed our stay. The landlord was very helpful by resolving an issues that arose and I definitely recommend this property to anyone who takes a vacation to Phoenix.

The house was just as listed! The house was ready for us early, the property manager was very responsive and happy to help when needed! The circuit blew when we were drying our hair, and he was quick to help!! The house could have been dusted better, and a few more mirrors in the house since the master bathroom doesn't have a door from the bedroom to the bathroom. (There was a door to the toilet room in the master.) We were all happy with the house!

House was as listed, plenty of rooms. The kitchen and outdoor area were wonderful for hanging out with the family. The kitchen had everything you need for meals. The owner is very responsive and keeps in touch throughout the stay. Beds were comfortable. You do have to up or down stairs to get to all bathrooms and bedrooms. The neighborhood is nice and is close to everything you might need.

The rental could not have worked out any better for the intended purpose, family celebration. My wife and I were able to comfortably entertain our children and grandchildren (6 adults and 3 infants) for half the week and our adult siblings (7 total) the other half of the week. Plenty of private space for all and plenty of R/R space when it was time for entertainment. We are very food driven so we utilized all the indoor and outdoor appliances and counter space to feed the masses. To say the property had a very well-appointed kitchen space would be an understatement. Location was near and far enough from the entertainment areas and easy to get to. The host was responsive to any and all inquiries we had I would highly recommend the rental and will more than likely be a repeat customer. John M
