We had a lovely weekend getaway in Chatham and so appreciated this beautiful space to relax. Bob is a terrific host and clearly takes great pride in this rental. The house has plenty of space for families to relax and is very close to a lot of fun places including Chatham Pier. We cannot wait to return.

9/10-minor things but overall great experience

Great stay and very clean house

The house was exactly as described, with a fun gaming area for everyone after a day out. It was in a centralized location for us to hit all of the areas of the cape while we were there. There were so many options for outdoor seating. I wish we could have stayed longer. The host was lovely and helpful. Can’t wait to head back.

We were very pleased with the house, location, and property. Everything was very clean, the location convenient, and the Owner very responsive and friendly.

A fantastic stay! We were two adults with a bunch of teenagers and we all had a blast. There was plenty of space to spread out, and the kids loved the pool table, foozeball table and the ping pong table! Bob is a fantastic host, the beaches were beautiful and we all had a marvelous time.

Robert was responsive and personable. The main floor of the house is nice and comfortable. However the lower level should ONLY be used as game rooms or socializing due to the EXCESSIVE Mildew Smell and Dampness. We do not recommend sleeping down there even though this is where the king sized bed is located and note that the 2nd bathroom is in the lower level as well. There is minimal supply of sundries so be sure to bring/buy toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap and laundry detergent. The property was not treated for ticks (though I spoke with Robert before our trip to discuss my concerns about ticks) nor is it landscaped to minimize the presence of ticks thus 2 in our group found a tick on themselves though we all stayed on the small manicured sections of the yard, Chatham is a charming town.

Beautiful area to visit. The home is very clean and met all our needs. It was fun playing games, pool, ping pong and foosball together. The host is very responsive to all your needs.

Property owner cares about your experience with the home and the Cape. Could not ask for more! The home is in excellent shape with all the amenities you need to make it a great week. Short distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Worth the look and then book it!

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of room for all 8 people who used the property. Location was close to Chatham and to nice grocery stores.

Beautiful property and great location. The weather wasn’t ideal for us, but the amenities were perfect to keep the kids busy while at the house. Bob was an excellent host and we are definitely hoping to return next summer!

We had a great stay at Bob's place! We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and found the house to have ample room for all of us to stay comfortably. The property is conveniently located, a short drive to beaches and Chatham's Main Street as well as some nearby shops. The house comes fully equipped with everything your need for a nice family get away. Communication with the host was quick and easy!

The house was perfect for our group. Game room downstairs was very fun. Couldn’t have been a better Chatham location. It is central to just about anywhere in Chatham and easy to get to Orleans, Brewster, Harwich and beyond. Loved all the Chatham Band pictures.

Staying at this home in Chatham was great. The house was a perfect fit for my wife and our dog along with family who joined us for a few days midweek. Bob was a great communicator and made sure that we had a great stay.

We found Chatham to be centrally located to many places on the Cape. And Chatham also has a lot to keep you entertained as well. Also loved this property and we played pool most nights with my teen and young adult. Bob was great and checked in on us during our stay. If you staying on the Cape, would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this property. There was something for everyone. Lots of space and a great layout. Perfect central location for going all over the Cape.

Everything was perfect

Nice, clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. Sun room and deck, along with game room and wet bar make for fun times. Attentive host and easy check in.

Week with my adult daughters and their partners. Plenty to keep the adults entertained with a nice game area. Nice location too. Not too far from places we wanted to visit.

We’ve spent a lot of time on the Cape over the years and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. We were on the Cape for a family memorial and Bob’s place was a wonderful place to escape to! Near everything you would need is nearby as Chatham downtown is barely minutes away. The house is clean and well maintained (not even a cob web!) and the kitchen has everything you need if you’re looking to avoid restaurant prices. The game room(s) is a really nice addition that not all rentals have and we thoroughly enjoyed shooting pool and playing ping pong. Bob was awesome to rent from - friendly and he lives nearby (in case of any emergency) and we would highly recommend you checking this place out! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
