Pool, Swim Dock, Golf Cart! Ultimate Beach Retreat

We loved our stay here! So close to the beach and on the bay. The pool was nice. Everything was very clean and we loved that each room had its own temperature control. There were also so many beach chairs/ toys.

Property was as advertised, my grand kids had a great time in the pool and finding crabs in the mud when the tide was out. Loved the proximity to the beach for the sunsets!

Awesome amenities which made it very family friendly and helpful for us flying from out of state.

Great location and house

We loved our stay! The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, the house had plenty of rooms to spread out, loved taking the golf cart to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall it had everything we needed and more and was very clean and well kept.

We had 9 people at the beach house and had space for everyone. The kitchen included everything we needed for cooking and the dining table was great for our large group. The pool was nice and warm and clean and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The host brought over a propane tank so we could use the outdoor fire. The beach was very walkable and the bikes and golf cart were an added bonus. The one downside was the beds which were too soft for our taste.

We traveled from Pennsylvania down to Florida for a long weekend to visit my father in law for his 80th birthday and to visit the rest of my husband's family that lives in Florida. The rental was a perfect combination of everything we needed to make our mini getaway a great one for us and our kids. The heated pool provided hours of fun for our kids and their cousins--literally HOURS! The fishing dock and kayaks were also used daily by us. Kayaks were there for us to use in addition to fishing rods (we used our own) and a whole shed of pool floats, life jackets, etc. While we did have access to our family's cars, the ability to use the rentals golf cart is the perfect addition for out of towners to travel along Gulf Boulevard. And finally, the close beach access was a perfect distance to walk to with my kids to soak in some of that Florida sunshine. The house was fully loaded with all the essentials needed to cook family dinners each night. They even provided new propane as we arrived for the outdoor grill and 2 coolers were there ready for outdoor use, as well. Bathrooms were fully stocked with soaps and towels. Since the rental is pet friendly, our family that lives an hour from the rental was able to bring their dog to stay with us. Otherwise we couldn't of spent time with them if they had to worry about finding a dog sitter for him. A great accommodation!Kimberly was super communicative with me, which was so nice to experience someone that truly cared about our experience.

Everything was great except the tub in the master bedroom. It was so slippery you could not shower in it. The floor was humped slightly and the middle was like ice. Not good for the 68 yr old taking a shower. Tbe rest was wonderful.Plenty of beds for 9 adults. No bunkbeds. We fished off the dock.we loved using the golfcart,what bonus! Great French bakery up the street! Saw the Christmas parade from the front porch. We added our own holiday cheer!

We loved the house; there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. We loved the big couches and the fire pit at night, as well as the large dining room tables, both inside and out. We were all able to sit together easily, which made for great bonding times. Our host was very responsive to any of our needs and could not have been more helpful. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing location! We enjoyed the pool deck and its great water views. It was an easy walk to the beach, but we also really appreciated the golf cart. The layout inside also made it easy for us all to gather for meals and board games, plus easy spots for the kids to play, craft, or chill!

This property was perfect for our large family. There were 5 bedrooms, each with a tv and individual a/c unit (property also has central a/c) which was perfect for people who enjoy various levels of cool! One en-suite bath had a walk in shower which was perfect for elders. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was also an outdoor grill. Although we didn’t need it, there was a baby crib in the closet.The pool area was wonderful! The pool was very clean and there were a lot of shaded seating options. In a shed, there were floats, life jackets, fishing equipment, beach chairs and a wagon. Off the dock, we saw manatees and a dolphin that came so close we were almost sprayed when it came up to breathe!There were a large number of bikes available for us to use and a street legal golf cart which we used on the daily. The bikes tires were low but we called the property manager and she came over right away to pump them up. (BTW- she was very nice)This house was perfect. We could walk to the beach and many restaurants in 10 minutes, and many other stores and restaurants were within 1-2 miles.We arrived before the cleaning crew was finished and they were so nice & accommodating . They allowed us to sit by the pool while we waited and to come inside if we needed the bathroom.The house was very clean (& I have high standards). I would 100% recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here in the future!!

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of six adults and six kids ages 11 months to seven years. It was like new and very clean. A very easy walk to the eighth Street public beach access, or use the fun golf cart. Kids loved the pool. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location in an amazing beach town. The access to the golf cart was ideal in getting around. Pool and canal access was a huge bonus

This property was amazing. Spacious enough for 10 people. Extremely clean. Beautifully decorated. Modern appliances. Great heated pool area with lots of seating both in the sun and shade. Nice propane fire pit. The property manager is wondergul.

We absolutely LOVED this home! It had the perfect set-up for 11 of us on our annual family trip to IRB. The kitchen, bathrooms and other rooms were all well stocked with the essentials and more. The pool was a huge benefit since we had 2 families with young children and we loved just being together outside for meals, swimming and the fireplace at night. Our other favorite feature was the golf cart and bikes that are available...such a fun way to get around IRB. Kimberly from the management company was a true professional. She helped us above and beyond in so many ways! We had only one issue and that was with the pool cleaners who did not clean the pool as scheduled which caused us to lose a day in the pool...so we chose to go around town in the golf cart! Again, Kimberly was super helpful in navigating this with everyone involved. We will be back!

This house fit our stay 100%. House has five bedrooms and three bathrooms - plenty of space for large groups to spread out. Common space is spacious as well. We were there with our adult children and they loved it. Pool and patio was perfect when we wanted to stay in and we were able to walk to so many places - restaurants and the beach. Golf cart was a huge bonus for those days we didn’t want to talk. Definitely recommend!

Wow! If this home is available and you’re looking for a beach vacation do not hesitate to book! It’s evident that the host has invested a lot of time updating the home and making guests feel comfortable. The 5 bedroom was plenty of space for our family. Great for groups. The pool and pool deck over looking the intercoastal was perfect.The home was crisp, clean and well equipped to accommodate all our needs!Loved that the pool was heated and the golf cart added to the charm! The golf cart makes going to beach a breeze and you basically get a beach side home without the cost. Thank you to the host for all your efforts and care you’ve invested in this home.

Great property and quiet location

This home is definitely a gem for the price. It looks freshly redone with a lot of thought put into details. KITCHEN:Well-equipped with a high-tech dishwasher, a variety of utensils, spices, dishes, even a blender and mixer! Beautiful setup with a counter in the middle for everyone to mingle while cooking. Awesome LG laundry machine and drier! ISSUES: Dishwasher was a little tricky to operate, needs some instructions. Dish washing cubes were only 2 for our 5 day stay. LIVING, DINING, and BED ROOMS:Living room had TV, couches, board games in a seat by the door (we didn't find the right away), large dining table with many chairs. Beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of towels in the closet. We loved the fact that you can adjust temperature to your liking in every bedroom! ISSUES: Living room pretty dark in the evening, no enough lamps or not bright enough. TV pretty small and low-set when we played family games. The fuse blew and electricity went off in the living room a few times because for some reason it gets overloaded specifically in that area when devices are charging and TV is on. The living and dining areas are relatively small for a large group of people. But we are a tight-knit family, so it was ok for us. POOL and OUTDOORS:Beautiful outdoor sitting areas with a gorgeous view of the canal where you can catch a view of pelicans, cranes or fish jumping. We used dining table and couch. Took us a bit how to operate the little fire-pit table, but it is definitely nice to have. Pool was well-heated, not always clean due to shedding of the beautiful palm trees near the couch, but hey, we'll take that. There was cleaning equipment in the shed that we used. Also in the shed were some pool toys. beach chairs and swim vests. 2 kayaks and a paddle board were available. Golf cart and bikes were absolutely great to have! ISSUES: Pool was way to deep for us as we are not the best swimmers. 8 feet deep, probably great for diving, but it goes deep almost immediately. Didn't like that at all. One of the kayaks didn't have seats. Lights by the swimming pool were on all night, didn't know how to turn them off. The pool area is accessible from the street, no fence on one side.LOCATION is impeccable - only a few minutes away from the beach by foot or bike, near several restaurants, bars, and even a cute ice cream place.This home is also PET friendly (dogs and cats).We had a great time! We loved our stay for our bachelorette party trip! The location is perfect, really easy access to the beach and local restaurants. It was also very easy to get Ubers in the area. The golf cart makes quick trips really easy, and it was so nice having Publix close by. The house was a great size for a big group, with lots of space and seating. The three full bathrooms also made a huge difference. We loved the pool and got to see dolphins in the canal!! We did have some minor plumbing concerns with one of the toilets, but a handyman came and fixed it relatively quickly - we were very thankful for the help, but would’ve appreciated a bit more notice before the handyman arrived. We weren’t told he was coming until he was already at the door. There were only a few concerns with the house - we were never able to find sheets or pillows for the pullout bed, we did bring this concern to the owner but were not given a solution. The house was also mostly clean, but the coffee pot had not been cleaned or emptied when we arrived. Overall, would definitely recommend this house!

Our stay was great! We were 2 blocks from the beach with a really handy and fun golf cart! The big dining room table and open set-up was great for our party of 9 friends. One thing that should be noted is that 2 of the 3 bathrooms are only accessible through bedrooms. We had a few minor issues when we arrived, and the property manager was helpful. Unfortunately, one of them was that the pool was being shocked, which knocked it out of commission for 24 hours and the follow-up on a refund has taken several weeks and still isn't settled. Other than that issue our stay was seamless.

Great location. Perfect for plan for 9 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Glof cart was so helpful. Couldn't have gone to beach with mom and dad without it. Pool was perfect at the end of the day. Couldn't have asked for more
