Pool, Spa & City Views: Luxe Home in San Diego!

Host was very responsive to our questions. The pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, dining options were a highlight of our trip.

The house was in a good location for us but was just average, not as nice as the pictures made it look. The main issues are that the property, furniture and amenities are not well maintained. Some (not all) examples:- There was broken furniture in the pool area and a dangerously wobbly stool at the kitchen counter. - The treadmill didn’t work and one of the pockets of the pool table was taped with duct tape. - The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom shot out black gunk when the jets were turned on. Overall I’m giving this 4 stars as we were more concerned with location than these issues, but if these things are important to someone I’d say it’s 3 stars.

We had a fantastic stay here. Perfect for families. The host was quick to respond to a few questions we had on the house. The pool and lay out of the house made were perfect. The location is ideal for getting to beach and most places in San Diego. Definitely will stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! We had the most amazing stay. The house is fantastic, the host is responsive and accommodating, and the pool is so so fun!! It was such a great location that was close to everything, so we will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great time and overall experience here. There were several highlights and features that were enjoyed by all. This properties had something for everyone. The host was also extremely responsive and able to assist with all of my needs. I highly recommend this property!

This house was beautifully designed and built for entertainment. There was something fun for all ages. The kids really enjoyed the pool, movie theater room and arcade games. This property accommodated just about everything guests would need or could think of. There were a few things that could be improved upon, such as: 1) leave the handheld vacuum charger cord available - we couldn’t use the vacuum because the battery was dead 2) bottom of pool had some dirt/waste items 3) pool waterfall and slide wasn’t working 4) guest bathroom right sink wasn’t draining well 5) accordion back door was extremely difficult to open and close despite following instructions Overall, this property was amazing and we had a wonderful stay. The guest host was very responsive when we reached out.

Amazing in every way! This home was extremely clean and had fantastic amenities (pool, games, gym, movie room, etc)! The views are spectacular, too! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

We had the best time at this property!! The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very awesome with communicating making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in the area!

This house was the ultimate family vacation rental. We loved all the amenities & games. Would highly recommend staying here, it was a 10/10! It was a short drive to beaches & San Diego Zoo. The spa and pool made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

This home was absolutely perfect for our trip! The location couldn't have been better- centrally located to everything we wanted to do, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed.We had so much fun just enjoying the property! We spent tons of time in the pool and hot tub, and our family loved the movie room and pool table. The home gym was a great bonus- we appreciated being able to keep up with our workouts even while on vacation. We also made good use of the outdoor grill for a fun BBQ night.Our host was fantastic- friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location and house are great, lots of amenities however it was not as clean as it should’ve been since the cleaner was just there before we came. The towels smelled like they were sitting in a shelf for God knows how long. Dishes had mouth prints on them. Furniture appeared dirty, pool had bugs in it. Carpet also appeared unclean.
