Pool & Screened-In Patio: Tropical Florida Abode

Perfect accommodations for our family. Everything was tidy and welcoming. Pool and shady screened in area were definitely a plus and the best spot to relax after beach days.

Improve WiFi

It was very difficult to get in contact with the host. It was hours before check-in and I had to contact VRBO directly to track down check-in instructions. There were a few safety concerns that were eventually taken care of, but this was after a delay in trying to contact someone. One of the issues made it so that we couldn’t use the pool during our stay. I accidentally left a personal item in the fridge that I immediately contacted the host about so that I could retrieve it. I never got a response from them.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting nearby family, and felt right at home. The owner was responsive and helpful all throughout our rental period.

Great location. Lots of room in the house for 8 people. Pool very nice. Plenty of stores in the area for all your needs. Beach about 10 miles away.

The house was spacious and clean. Large kitchen and plenty of living space for our family of 7. Very close to all the things we came to Florida to do. The owner was very helpful and amenable. I would recommend this property to others.

The house is big with more or less an open floor plan. It’s perfect for all adults or families with children. The pool is awesome and so is the screened porch. A little disappointed at the lack of furniture on the porch. Also the kitchen is lacking cookware. There was a small skillet to fry one egg. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.

Great Place

The house was spotless all the amenities you could ask for from the time we walked in the door for the five nights we stayed there. Everything was pristine would definitely recommend staying.

We stayed for a week in this property and were very pleased. The property is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated how quickly the property manager responded to our queries.

All was good. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was an issue with the hot water for the whole trip so cold showers most of the time. Property manager made efforts to fix and was very responsive but could not correct the issue. He offered to provide a credit which was fair. Otherwise, it was as advertised so as long as this issue has been corrected I would recommend.

Great 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in nice neighborhood

This house was perfect for our 2 family stay. Our only issue was that the fridge in the kitchen didn’t work. There was one in the garage that worked. We had reached out when we arrived but never heard back from anyone.

We had a wonderful time at this very comfortable well-appointed house. Our host went above and beyond to help us with our stay. We are appreciative of all the kindness in this lovely setting.
